Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Staff is very rude. The diver gave me the wrong order. I had already opened and touch the food that had been given to me not to mention it was already in my home. He proceeded to come back to my door and insist that I give him the wrong order back while handing me my correct order. I specifically told him I had already opened and touched everything. He got very invasive with me and proceeded to approach my door closer almost touching my front door to hold it open as I closed it to go get the wrong order for him. I gave him the correct order back and told him to that this order needs to be remade! He said nothing and turned around and walked away. I then called the papas location I ordered from and a girl answered the phone and I explained the situation and she told me that he had already made it back to the store and they are remaking that order. I then explained to her that, that is not possible because he just left my door step within seconds and she told cut me off repeating herself over and over again “well he probably called” which I find highly unlikely sense this all had just happened within 4 to 5 minutes. She was incredibly rude when I was just trying to inform her of the situation! And the driver made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will never order from this Location again. Also they screwed my pizza up and did not give me the extra toppings...

Honorable service and wait time.. called an order for one custom pizza for delivery at 9:45pm mon may 30, 2016. The cut off delivery time is 11 usually so i figured i was being respectful of the time because i hate the a**hole who wants something 5min before we close at my job and usually if you call around 11 they put you on hold or hang up on you till it is 11.. had to call back at 11:50pm to make sure they were still coming because the woman i spoke to said it would be about 23mins. She seemed confused and i heard he ask someone " do you still have this one?" With a hint of consern in her voice and then reassured me that we was witnessing her driver walk out the door with my food at maybe 11:53 and then apologized for the wait time. i work right by this location and it takes me no longer then 9 or 10mins to get their during rush hour... i started wrighting this review at maybe 11 and the time now is 11:20pm.. i promised myself i would not post this if the pizza was here before i finished expressing my experience today. I just really want food and these people let me down :(... im super upset and hungery and i dont know if my relationship with papa jhons will ever recover. This experience has left me traumatized and malnourished. I feel they they didn't even make my pizza till i called who knows if i will ever...

Came to this location for over 10 years and they have LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY! Came late at night after work Monday ordered a pizza, double beef and bacon to be exact. Decided to check the pizza after I got home because again I've going there for so long. I know the quality of the pizza by now but once I got home I was surprised to see I literally had barely any toppings along with several air bubbles where there wasn't even any sauce. But I was so tired, hungry and was about to drive back up there. I went to sleep and decided to call Tuesday after work, and when I called, they said there's nothing they can do about it because it wasn't called in the same day told him I've never heard of that happening before I've called before with issues a day after it has been fixed, but the manager was very adamant that there was nothing that she could do. Told her if they do not fix or help with the issue they were going to lose a long-term customer (I literally grew up at that location going since I was 6 years old) yet and still she said it was nothing she could do.

Do not come to this location. The management is horrible along with long wait times and PIZZA QUALITY IS HORRIBLE. Sucks and say I'll be going to PIZZA HUT or a...
