Subway — Restaurant in Jersey Village

So I come to the subway lot cause I work by here and for the first time I wanted to try the nachos the foot-long and I was very disappointed with this location because why don’t y’all advertise or promote and say that you can only eat the nachos as it comes I wanted to add lettuce and other things to my foot-long nachos and apparently you can’t and then the manager wants to yell and get mad at the employee in front of the customers that was rude and unprofessional, she could’ve waited and took her to the back to talk to her about it if that’s the case But I don’t understand. Why can’t you add things to your nachos that I am paying for? I don’t know if I’ll be eating there again, very disappointed with this subway at this location very...

I came here and ordered the Subway Melt. First, they didn't have Italian Herb & Cheese bread. So I got Italian instead. I continued with my order...turns out they ran out of jalapenos. I told her I wanted jalapeños. She said it was going to take a LONG TIME to get them. I figured the jalapeños had to get pickled, cut up or something the way she said "a long time". So I told her nevermind. I've worked at places like this before and all you have to do is go to the back and get it out from a bucket. I asked for guacamole and she has the nerve to tell me it'll be an extra charge. Really? The least she could do is not charge me for the guacamole since they didnt have my bread nor jalapeños. Smh... Horrible...

Well I went there to get a sandwich, I go at least twice a week, I was about the 3rd person in line. I ordered my sandwich, they made it, but when I went to pay for it, the cash register messed up because some new employee pushed a button that maybe she shouldn't have. Anyway they couldn't sell me my sandwich because of it. I was there in line waiting for about 15 or more minutes just to be told that that it couldn't be done. Wasted my lunch time for that mess. They could have given me the sandwich since it wasn't my fault and because I was there waiting all that time, and all they do is throw it away. Smh, that's what I would have done.
