Arby's — Restaurant in Johnson City

So this arby's is always slow, and its 50/50 if they even get the order correct, but its convenient so I deal with it. Last night how ever they out did them self's, no exaggeration they had me weighting in the parking lot for my order for over 15 minutes, then when I went in my order was sitting there, I do not know for how long but it was cold enuff for the cheese to harden and my potato cake to be cold, they were rude when I went in to get my order, they forgot two of my sandwiches, and when I went in to get it corrected I was treated rudely and asked to bring back in my bags of food so they could see for them self's. If it was busy I could excuse half of it, I was never rude or condescending about any of it, but the rest of it they were overly busy,including my car there were only 5 cars in the drive through, and the dinning area was empty, I think I'm done with arby's for a while, and that store will never see any business from me every again, north roan st,...

We have some dietary restrictions so I called up this location and asked if they sold just the roast beef by the pound. The lady that answered confirmed that they did and that it would be roughly $9 a pound.

We stopped by and the young man at the counter took our order: 2 lbs of Roast Beef. It was an odd order so the manager helped him with it. Both of them were extremely polite.

Our bill ended up being just under $19 after tax. They loaded 2 plastic bowls full of delicious Roast Beef. Felt like they gave us considerably more than 2 pounds. Can't complain!

Anyway, great experience! We were in and out in about 5 minutes, the food was tasty, the employees were helpful and friendly. What more can you ask for in a fast...

Staff has it together! food is fast & fresh. I must say I'm not happy about 2-$6 changing. My jam was 🐥 cheddar sandwich & a classic roast. The gyro sandwiches are good too! Jamocha shake is potentially addictive! I'm on a tight budget & this place is priced like Wendys. Yuck as far as beef & cheddar it's bad.
