This was truly a warm and welcoming experience. Aesthetically, the shop is very clean, organized and very easy to understand as a first time oil-tester. Ms Barbara was a wonderful host by answering all of my questions clearly and sometimes knowing before I did, what I really wanted to know about a product. I was comfortable and treated with respect. the love for the company and the products was very sincere and reflective in the way she and another girl, Shelley, presented their business. Highly recommend! I absolutely love their many choices of olive oils and balsamic vinegars to choose from! They have a different variety of each kind as well as honey, bbq sauces, homemade pasta, nutrient powders, and much more! They even have homemade bar soaps and liquid soaps that doesn’t dry out the skin if you have sensitive skin! This place is somewhat near where I live, but I don’t often go to Johnson City. My mother ordered me some of the garlic infused olive oil and some spice mixes for Christmas, and what a wonderful gift! The garlic infused olive oil is AMAZING and if you're a garlic lover like me, you'll be seriously tempted to drink the stuff (so far I've been able to withstand the temptation to drink oil and have instead enjoyed it with fresh bread and in different recipes). The truffle parmesan and bread dipping spice were also both delicious.
