I came in today to redeem my coupon for a FREE sandwich and the whole experience was completely frustrating and embarrassing. I gave my email to the employee GiGi (who was very kind and helpful), but for some reason the offer didn’t load on my app. Instead of trying to actually help, another employee, Dewi, just assumed I had already redeemed the reward and basically dismissed me. I had to ask for a manager — which I shouldn’t have had to do in the first place — just to prove I was telling the truth. The manager went to the back and pulled up the transactions, which clearly showed I hadn’t been there in over a month.
This was not only a huge waste of my time, but also incredibly embarrassing to be made to feel like I was trying to cheat the system over a free sandwich. The manager did end up comping my meal, which I appreciate, but by then I had lost my appetite completely. The whole situation left me upset and disappointed. Never hearing what a great job u have done on what u have gotten to and the good compliments u get only hear the bad ones.now I will never eat at this restaurant period for one I worked at a location where it was ok for chicken to sit in the temp danger zone for hours at a time and this was coming from the owner her name was Brandi ? Everyone was always in a hurry to get out and yes I understand all about wanting to get home but making money is apart of living am I wrong and making people sick was never on my to do list …. Read morethe male manager refused to make our order because it was “stuck in the system” and said that by the time he got it breakfast was over. we ordered almost an hour in advance. he then told us that we would not be charged for the order. well we were because he “canceled” the order and caused it to take 3-5 business days to refund. which would have been fine, had he not lied and said that the card was never charged. his manger however, was very helpful. she explained to us that had he not taken matters into his own hands then she would have made our food since it was a problem on their system. however, since he canceled the order and whatever else he did there was nothing else she could do. all and all she was helpful, he should not...
