Holistically the trashiest and insanely disrespectful fast food locations and services I have ever in my life has the displeasure of visiting.
The staff was so unhelpful, angry and disrespectful as they could have possibly been, after being unprofessional and mediocre at their job a staff member that was supposed to be taking our order gave us ice cold cheeseburgers and old fries when we visited. When I came back asking for them to recalled the cold burgers the incompetent staff working there her name was something like (Loutta/Loughta) was the sound she pronounced her name as. She was extremely unkind and lazy to give any resolve but telling me to reorder and repay for the messed up order she gave me.
Even after I had gone out of my way to correct something she and her co-workers Botched and were too lazy to fix. I not only called their location several times after reaching back to the office to attempt to eat and they repeatedly and intentionally neglected to answer their phones and if you want to test my theory I would highly suggest you give them a call and let’s see if they answer/pick up for you ??? I called 5 times and got no answer even though it clearly rang.
Then I came back in person and even kindly explained to them that the order was not up to par and that I had just spent $30+ getting my co-worker and I dinner for our overnight shift. I not only brought back the botched order so I could return to them as well as prove to them if they gave me a hard time as they most definitely did.
I even presented them with the receipt 🧾 and showed her my call log to their location from that same night and is the reason I was so shocked to receive such a horrific experience at this location and since that day I have never returned back there and have immediately discouraged all of my family and our family’s businesses from ever visiting or purchasing anything from this establishment no matter the location.
For Checkers to promote and tolerate such heinous behaviors and mistreatment of kind, respectful and diligent customers I refuse to be a part of that type of foolishness and abuse of power/job Role.
CHECKERS YOUR JOLIET LOCATION IS AN ABSOLUTE EMBARRASSMENT AND DISGRACE TO ALL FAST FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS IN ILLINOIS 👎
I most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHECKERS LOCATION FOR A FACT AND I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL AFTER HOW THEY TREATED ME.
I would suggest going to portillos or Wendy’s for sure instead of them and if you need somewhere with 24hr access in Joliet hell down grade and go to McDonald’s at least they are honorable enough to remake an order that they mess up and not turn to disrespecting someone who’s order they served that was undercooked and not...

I ordered online to have my order ready for pick up at 630 pm. The first time I've ordered online (and probably the last). The website wouldnt let me order my Mothercruncher with the free coupon. Said correct item not on order. So I took it off. When i got there at 633pm, my shakes were very melty. The food felt cold. Not sure if they made it immediately after receiving the order, or just way too early either way. I asked if there were straws. Was assured they were in the tied closed bag. As we're driving home my daughter goes to get us straws out of the bag and there arent any. So now the shakes are more melty before we can even drink them. Hoping the rest of my order is correct. Read moreWorst service ever considering it being my first time at a checkers. When we pulled up too the window after ordering, she handed us our food and we were missing half the order. She didn't even ring up all the food, when she took our order she didn't repeat it too make sure it was correct and didn't even tell us our total. When i noticed, i went back up to the order window and talked too a man who said that he would ring up what we didn't get but i still had too pay for it.
