Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Jonesboro

The food was fine, smoothie was good. It took over 20 minutes to get my food. I stood at the front counter for 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged me or taking my order. One worker walked around giving everyone dirty looks and I could hear the way she spoke to the customers in the drive thru and it was not pleasant at all. She was very short with everyone and had an attitude the entire time. The girl who took my order was nice but extremely quiet and I asked her a question about my order and she just walked off without acknowledging me once again. Customers walked in and once again there was zero acknowledgement. I understand they are young and this may be their first job but this can be detrimental to a business if you can’t get your employees to pick up on basic customer service. They don’t even smile, each one of them walked around rolling their eyes and made customers feel that they are inconveniencing them. Management needs to step it up and train these employees or you will lose more customers...

Love Aunt Anne’s, but this location already needs improvements. Not sure if they do not have enough staff or if service is not a concern. Do not go if you are in a rush and want something quick. There were 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru, it took 10 mins to even place an order. Only reason I didn’t leave is because I was blocked in. Another 8 minutes to get some pretzel nuggets. I was so excited for Auntie Anne's to be back! Sadly, i probably won't be back. I know it just opened, but they need to either make it a drive through only, or completely redo their system. Getting drinks then waiting 15 mins for two pretzels is insane, all while asking for a tip on a 20 dollar order before you are served?? The location that was chosen is also a disaster. Hope...
