The Southern Chef # 2 — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I absolutely love the meatloaf at this location! If you are looking for awesome breakfast and a lunch or even dinner that will leave you stuffed for hours on end that won't make you sick, give this southern chef a try! I have been eating here for lunch and the occasional breakfast since they opened and they have been excellent EVERY TIME and that's really hard to say about a restaurant in our day in age! Give them a try and I promise you will not regret it and if you have an issue they will fix it although I never have had an issue with them! The prices are reasonable too as it cost the same as eating at any other restaurants but the food is amazing here at southern chef! Just give them a try yourself and you will see for yourself how great...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with true Southern hospitality. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the food? Absolutely incredible. I had the chicken and dressing with sweet potatoes and greens—everything was seasoned to perfection and tasted homemade in the best way possible. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and you can tell the folks in the kitchen care about every plate they serve.

Service was fast and friendly, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed without hovering. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to again and again....

Some of the female servers are rude and do not seem to want to work this is the third time I have been in and had trouble simply ordering a fish meal. They don’t communicate well and don’t want to cook they do not acknowledge customers and ignore questions.I had to ask over seven times if they had rolls or bread. Before I got an answer I could hear and understand because they won’t speak up. I used to enjoy coming but they make it such a hassle and take forever and combined with the bad attitude I don’t find it to be worth it. I’m gonna go back to driving over to commerce. Adding on they shorted me my bread and I had to correct my order before I even left bc they shorted me...
