Got some mystery object burned into the coating of my fish, the shrimp were under cooked and stuck together in a sort of shrimp dough log, the okra was literally dripping with grease and the fries were limp & under cooked. On top of all that, I asked the cashier for tartar sauce and told him no thank you on the cocktail sauce. I received 3 cocktail sauces and no tartar sauce. I spent almost $20 on that meal, which is pretty over priced for a single meal and drink. I feel like I was robbed.
I made the mistake of returning to this establishment because my mother, who is currently hospitalized loves fish. Once again I am left feeling robbed by this business. They did not give me the shrimp I ordered. When I delivered the food to my mother and realized they'd done it again I called and spoke to a woman who stated she was the manager on duty but would not give her name who stated that she could not refund my money because I paid with a debit card. I was told by Malika that they were out of chicken and butterfly shrimp. She said they would replace the shrimp with popcorn shrimp and the 6 pieces of chicken with corn. I told them that the shrimp replacement was fine, but the chicken for corn was not. I requested the chicken be replaced with fish. I was told that they could give me 4 pieces of fish for the 6 pieces of chicken ordered. I told them to just cancel and refund my $57.00. I was told they couldn't refund or cancel online orders and didn't know what I needed to do to cancel or get a refund. The website has no way of canceling. We asked to order and someone walked up and took our order no saying hi or can I help you or thank you but asked were we dining in and I said yes. We received our TOGO plates by watching for them because they did not announce they were ready and my sister got her plate about half way through our meal which she ordered same time my husband and I did. Nobody asked if we needed anything else. We had to go back up and ask for tartar sauce feeling as though it was a bother to them. My husband went to bathroom and it stunk so bad.
