Panera Bread — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I came when it was not very busy, I ordered an iced coffee to blueberry muffins and a water cup. I was given the muffins and the water cup was not told that the iced coffee had to be made myself so I waited for about 10 minutes before I finally asked one of the workers about the iced coffee who pointed in direction without telling me that you had to make it yourself so I’m trying to figure it out. A worker sees me messing with the hot coffee and I asked do I have to make the iced coffee myself and she said yes turns out the coffee was terrible. And I wasted 15 minutes, trying to figure out where the coffee was when a worker could’ve just helped me and I was waiting around trying to ask for help. I then needed a Togo box because I was annoyed with the nasty coffee. Again, I wanted in line with 2 other people for 15 min before I got help and I was given attitude because I didn’t know that the boxes were in a reachable place. Also, I had to wait five minutes to ask them to put milk in the creamer section because there was none. I wasted over an hour just trying to eat a muffin and have some coffee and I didn’t even get to enjoy with my child because there was zero...

I ordered for delivery through the Panera App today. I specifically gave the location the food (hobby lobbg) was to be delivered and to come in and ask for me. The food was delivered to the wrong location. You can clearly see in the photo that that is not hobby lobby. I called doordash as soon as I realized that it was delivered to the wrong location and they connected me to Panera who said they would not refund my order because the driver showed the food had been delivered. He also said he called me 3 times and got no response, which was not true. I understand the delivery driver does not work for Panera. However, my order was placed through the Panera app and they are the ones responsible for issuing a refund, which is what is only right to do in this instance. I contacted doordash again tonight and they are still insisting that the refund be issued...

TL;DR I'm not a fan of the food at Panera, but it was made quick and the service was impressively friendly and professional.

I had the Roasted Turkey BLT. Wasn't bad but not to my taste. Turkey was perfectly moist, tomato was ripe: an overall high quality sandwich.

My wife had the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup. I liked it even better than my sandwich and I recommend it.

I'm disappointed in the lack of a Reuben or potato soup on the menu, but what they had was good.

The service was amazing. It took us a minute to decide what to get and I felt like they were aware and not rushing us. When we were ready, they jumped up to the register to take the order. On top of that, they seemed to take basic sanitation pretty seriously with someone checking the fountain drink station during our visit. It seems almost rare to see soda...
