This restaurant used to be an excellent place to eat. However, I have gone there the last several months and the female who has been working at night is extremely rude, she never says anything, is very unprofessional, if they are out of food she fails to say anything about it until I’m almost done ordering. They are often out of beans, tortillas and different Ingredients and will not remake the food even if it is not close to closing time. It is not just this one member at the specific location with poor customer service skills I really hope someone comes into this location and train all of their employees as they badly need it. The guys that work in this restaurant usually work in the back of the restaurant making the food, however they still have horrible customer service and are very immature and loud even in the back of the restaurant. They will go and sit at the tables out in the lobby and joke around and talk/not do their job. They usually have their pants sagging down to their knees and look extremely unprofessional. It is a shame that this restaurant has gone downhill so much in the last several months because it used to be an excellent place to eat with awesome employees who knew what they were doing, but now it is not worth attempting to eat there because most likely there will be items missing and/or the employees will be horribly rude. If it is at night/afternoon do not waste your time going to this restaurant.
This is a picture of the fourth time my friends and me have attempted to eat at this Qdoba location and they have been out of multiple ingredients. Read moreI just couldn't believe how dirty this restaurant was during our visit today; it's very disappointing. I read that the original owner sold the store, and it seems a tight ship is no longer being run at our Jonesboro location. So sad because I love Qdoba!
Today the condiments bar and freestyle soda machine were filthy and cluttered, gross rags/towels were pushed under the edges of the freestyle machine, the drink options and flavors were very limited, there was discarded food on the floor around the trash bins, the hand sanitizer wall-dispenser was empty, there were unclean tables, and a disgusting bathroom with an unflushed feces-filled toilet, no soap, and trash littered all over the floor. Business was slow, and I just couldn't see any reason for all of these issues. I didn't understand why staff weren't cleaning! When I worked in food service as a teen, we had to be working at all times, and that meant cleaning during any "free" time.
Our food was good today, and I just hope the kitchen is a lot cleaner than the bathrooms and dining areas. Otherwise, I don't see how the health inspector lets them continue to operate.

The day I placed the order, they called me to tell me (and were rude and short with me when talking to me) the food was ready. I explained it was the wrong day. The day and time of the party, the food was not ready and they had thrown away my order information. They asked to use my phone to see my order and used my phone to fix my order. This is unsanitary in the best of times, but is especially bad during a pandemic, but I was little stunned by the whole situation and let them use it, which they kept using my phone and touching food, even prepping another customer’s food during this. Once I got home, I realized the food was very cold and a large part was missing.
