Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I just love this restaurant. It's beautifully decorated and the colors of the drcor instantly lift my mood...which can often be not so cheery! The food, though, is the star of the experience. If you like chicken salad and light cloudlike perfect sugar cookies, you must dine here. I usually get the Fancy Nancy, side broccoli salad and the little sugar cookie for a tiny sweet ending. It's about as perfect as a meal can be. While it's not the best choice for dieters (if you like opting for the croissant and dessert like I do) it's definitely worth the splurge. This place is really cute, and I enjoyed the food. The employees were nice and very pleasant compared to many of the other restaurants in the area. I only rated 4 stars for two reasons; otherwise, I would have given this place 5 stars. I noticed that one employee did not wash her hands when she started her shift. I know this because she walked in the facility and went right to work without going into the restroom or the kitchen area where there would be a handwashing station. I also observed this same employee take unopened crackers from my finished food tray and put them back into the basket of crackers for freshly ordered food trays. That's unsanitary. 7-27-22: Ordered curbside pickup through the app. Arrived at specified time. Waited approximately 10 minutes and had to go in to ask about my order. An employee was also outside putting umbrellas down and saw me in the pickup space and never inquired about my order. There were no customers at the time other than me. This was probably just a fluke, and I will still be back. We all have off days. First time for bad service. Food was good though. :)
