Arby's — Restaurant in Jonesborough

I went to the drive thru after I got off work Friday night (1/26/24) I ordered my food ,paid for it ($36.00 and change)then was asked to pull up to the yellow line because they were waiting on the chicken to come up and I was told it would be 3 minutes....21 minutes later, after I sat in my vehicle waiting at the yellow line, 9 or 10 cars ordered pulled to the window got their food and left, I went inside to see what the hold up was on my order, at that time I was told they were waiting on fries....22 minutes, 9-10 cars leaving and my 3 minute wait on chicken turned into a 22 minute wait on fries ? The guy half way apologized ( a simple sorry we're busy )and said it was hectic, 1 door dash driver and myself inside , I saw 4 employees working, I waited 22 minutes and was told my order was finally ready, I got to my vehicle checked the bag, and the 22 minute fries were wrong, I ordered a large curly fry and a medium crinkle fry, they put 2 small curly fries in the bag.....I was too mad to walk back in because I knew it was gonna be bad if I did......this Arby's has gone way downhill and I was going twice a week and spending $36 to $42 each time.....I'll spend my time and...

I'd like to say first that we are very polite people and in the restaurant industry.I'm a chef and my sister is a server.We always treat people in the industry with respect,courtesy,and understanding. Having said that.When I came out of the restroom.I could already see that my sister was upset for some reason.I figured she'd tell me later.So I walked up to the counter smiling and said.How are you today.The guy said fine in an unfriendly tone.I pushed passed and said we'll that's good.I had a coupon and presented it to him.He snatched it out of my hand and smirked at the girl working drive thru.Who smirked back with sarcasm.I opened my wallet.Counted out what I owed and he snatched out of my hand while I was still making sure none of my bills were stuck together.I knew my sister was hungry and we hadn't seen each other in a bit.So I decided not to pursue being treated that way and moved on.I don't know if he was having issues with me being Cherokee or looking down on me for having a coupon.Either way I will never set foot in there again.I didn't understand why they had the ac on.It was like 40 degrees outside.I shouldn't have to eat with a coat...

It was between 3p and 4p when getting this order. I ordered 2 1/2 lb beef/cheddars, 2 roast beefs, a curly fry, a crinkle fry, a large sweet tea with no ice, and a large diet. Was a little bit over $40. Likely won't go back to this location. No point paying that price for food. Pleasant employees, but the crinkle fries, mac & cheese, and curly fries all looked/tasted as though they had been sitting far longer than they should have. But everything else was pretty good. I will update if I ever go back to the Arby's in Jonesborough, TN. Just seems like everytime I go get food at this one, my sides are cold and soggy from sitting with all that oil on them. 2 stars for food cause all the sandwiches were fine, 2 stars for service because I am always waiting to get colder food (this time there was only 2 cars in the line). I don't know much about the atmosphere. Never eat inside at this location. The other one in JC is so much better and the employees...
