Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Joplin

I work in the mall and almost everyday go there to get a drink due to them having mall worker discounts.. usually makes the large drink $1 however today i went and decided i would get pretzels with my drink. the cashier a young lady said she gave the discount when she didn’t and charged me $4 for a drink that’s usually $1.. i wouldn’t be as upset if she would’ve just told me she wasn’t able to apply it or whatever the reason was but instead lied straight to my face like im not there every other day buying the same drink.. would like to also mention this is not the usual lady that is always there i’ve only seen this lady 1-2 times.. a little disappointed due to the amazing service i usually receive but lying to a customers face is how you...

My mother is unable to go to the mall anymore due to her health. She had been talking about how she loved the pretzels, so today when I was at the mall I stopped in to get her one. I stood there forever and never was acknowledged by the girl that was working. She was to busy talking to a guy that was there. This place blows. The gentleman who took my order asked what was in the combo I wanted, so had no clue of the menu, and focused on online orders instead of the many people waiting in line for food. Seems poorly managed. Many people were frustrated sitting around for 30 minutes for pretzels.

Edit: The other employee was visibly and audibly frustrated with the gentleman who had no clue what was even going on. If everyone is new, get someone who knows what they’re doing on a busy day to guide...
