I had a horrible experience. Here’s my story. So I ordered dominos last week after work. I get my order that was not only late, but also made sloppy and burnt as well. I call the store to tell them about the pizza being sloppy and not even cut through all the way, I only had 1 flat in my whole order and they barely had any sauce on them. So little that some of the wings weren’t even sauced. And then my stuffed cheesy bread was also burnt dark brown. So I got that all situated with the manager and he placed me down for a replacement order. So tonight I wasn’t feeling like cooking and remembered I had the replacement order. Relieved because that took that burden off of me. I call to have it remade and sent out for delivery. They say it’ll be about 20-30 minutes. No problem. 30 minutes go by and I get a call from the STORE, saying they were on the way. I’m thinking alright that was weird cause they don’t usually call from the store. So another 30 minutes goes by and I’m wondering why the pizza isn’t here yet. I call the store and they say the driver was there and left and they cancelled the order and that there was nothing they could do to replace tonight. That he didn’t have capability of replacing it tonight. I’m wondering how he doesn’t have that ability when I never received my pizza I just ordered. Like come on now, it’s ALREADY a REPLACEMENT order. So he tells me I have to talk a GM tomorrow, which I refuse to do because I ordered my pizza tonight. And come to find out, the delivery driver is the one who called me from the store. Letting me know he was on his way. Expecting me to be on the look out for him. Because he doesn’t have a cell phone. And my apartment buildings have locks on the outside doors and you have to have a badge to get in, so there’s no way I would know he was outside. I live on the 3rd floor for Christ’s sake!!! So that driving was expecting me to either A sit outside and wait for him to show up or B stare out my window where I can’t even see the parking lot, to be on the look out for him. What kind of customer service is that. Anyways, long story short, I got my order replaced again tonight and it was lukewarm, no sauce, and also forgot my garlic sauce. Come on now Dominos. Read moreThe WORST experience i have ever had with food was today jun 23 at 12:20 ... I order twoo medium two topping pizzas one with double pepporni hand tossed. And the other a thin crust with bacon and pepporni....and hot wings i added extra cheede to my order which was a extra charge... And when i recieved my pizza the girl was sweet and eveything but when i opend my pizza i honeslty looked like crust and nothing else so i called in because the store is closed on the insed and i know i cant take my pizzas back at this time of night... As soon as they answerd i asked to speak with a manager or a supervisor about my order.. The boy who answerd told me he was not a supervisor and hesited on giving the actual supervors the phone and told me he is close to a super visor...when i finnaly told him about my problem he then put the supervisor on the phone with me and told him about my problem and i said that he can come get the pizza and just remake the order.. He told me he makes no mistakes... And that he put the correct amount of toppings on there but i was not satifsty with my order at all....he argued with me for about 10 minutes... Told me hell send a gift card in the mail but that is not what i wantrd i just wanted him to remake and come pick up the pizza that was not up to par with my standards.... I said u can remake my pizza but i am comimg in tommrow to talk to somebody incharge because he was so hateful that i didnt trust him with my order and he told me good luck with that there are NO CAMERAS anf nobody is going to be able to see him make this order..... This is the most hatful customer service experience i have ever...

Ridiculous even if you read ANY dollar bill, whether it's a $1 bill, or a $100 bill, EVERY bill printed states "THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE". Don't believe me? Open your wallet...ANY bill printed will have that EXACT phrase
I went to pay for my order at the new location behind Popeyes on Rangeline, that was nearly $30 mind you, with a $50 bill, because why not? I had no idea Domino's had taken such a dumb stance on accepting LEGAL tender. I was informed by the person in the drive thru that they don't accept any bills over $20, and that I may have to go to a gas station to get change...

No I won't, and I don't have to order from your business...and I have not ordered a Domino's pizza since. That was over 3 months ago, and I even contacted their corporate office to voice my complaint. I received no response. Thank you for showing me why I will NEVER order another Domino's pizza 😃 Buh bye now 👋
