We ordered a while ago. The pizza was missing toppings and was late by over an hour, arrived cold. It was a chicken florentine and pepperoni. I understand mistakes happen and this was my favorite pizza chain so I called and spoke with the manager. He stated he took my information for a 20.00 dollar credit which to me seemed fair. I was instructed that when I ordered again I would have to call and request the 20.00 credit. Now understand that this happened a month or two ago. I called today and made the order and requested the 20.00 dollar credit. Don [spelling] the manager was placed on the phone. He quizzed me quite readily to discredit my claim. I stated the situation and that I had made this order a month or two ago. He asked what my order was I stated two pizzas and the back story about why we had the credit. He asked who the manager was the night of the mistake. How am I supposed to remember a name? He stated that he cannot find the past order. He states all 3 names of the management and ask me to pick a name, I started this conversation with "I do not remember the name". I was under the impression that they had my credit written in a book or log of some sort. Don offered me 10.00 instead of 20.00 I have been a Marco's fan but I will no longer order from this establishment. Honestly to prevent these types of events happening in the future this specific chain should implement a log book in order to prevent genuine customers from feeling slighted or made out to be a liar. I've worked customer service jobs and can understand Don's mind set and a log or tracker would dissuade further mistreatment of customers.

Read moreI want to start off by saying that we love Marcos and normally have a pleasant experience. 2 weeks ago, we ordered pizza for our kids so my wife and I could have a date night. Our carryout order was "promised" at 5:50 and we didn't get our pizza until 6:35. Please don't put a promised time if you can't or won't keep that time. Giving them another chance, we ordered pizza and breadsticks tonight for carry-out. I received a call from Marcos notifying me that they cut my pizza wrong but would redo my order and that it would take a little longer to complete. At first, I was impressed with their professionalism and knew everything would be made right. Boy, was I wrong! I showed up 15 min later, had a pleasant exchange with the employee, left a tip, and headed for home (3 min away). When I got home and opened the boxes, I was suddenly disappointed to see what was sitting in them. My pizzas were lacking toppings and had a "rubbery" feel. I am led to believe that they didn't mess up my original order (cut square with garlic crust) and instead were running behind and trying to buy time. Please do better, Marcos! We love your pizza (normally) and want to continue to patronize your location but will not do it if this is the service we will receive. We wanted pizza tonight, so we didn't have to cook because of the pending severe weather, but ended up having to prepare a meal anyway due to the quality of the pizza. My kids managed to choke down a couple of slices, but...
Read moreI am a newcomer to the Junction City area with a serious passion for chicken wings. After researching online, I discovered that Marco's is about the only place in town that offers real wings at a great price.
I ordered honey BBQ and have been eating them for three years now. I have them delivered and they always come piping hot and cooked to perfection. I order them alone or with a pizza, but I get them two or three times a week.
They actually quit selling wings during Covid and I did not call or order a thing from Marco's for an entire year until I heard they were selling wings again.
The only bad experience happened just last week. I ordered wings and it took them two hours to deliver the order. I called several times and made sure I was super nice and polite each time. The being late wasn't the issue, they only had one driver that day...it happens.
What disappointed me was despite being two hours late, they delivered cold, dried chicken wings. As many times as I talked to them, they knew me and could have at least tried to put them in the microwave, just to show a little appreciation for being so patient.
But other than that, Marco's has great food...and with those deals and online coupons, you can always get more than you bargained for. The are prompt and friendly for the most part and one bad experience can be overlooked. I am forever a loyal fan and...
