I don’t like to give negative reviews but this is probably the worst Starbucks we’ve seen. There were about 6 employees working, no customers in line in the store and a few cars in the drive thru. None of the employees stopped what they were doing to take my order. The drive thru employee noticed I had been standing there for a while so she graciously stepped away from her register to take my order.
Halfway through the order she turned to two employees who were having a casual conversation and asked them to finish my order because someone was talking to her from the drive thru. I tried to order a sandwich and the new employee told me it would be a few minutes because they had other food orders. I said ok and waited. She went back to talking to her coworker. She could have used that time instead to grab the cake pops or loaf I ordered but didn’t.
After 15 minutes we asked how much longer. It was only then that the employee brought the food items and dumped them on the table. We asked for a bag, she said ok and never came back. My other food was never put into the system, my loaf was crumbled into pieces, and they gave us the wrong cake pops. We asked for them to put in the missing food and they said it would be another 20 minutes.
I could understand if there was a long drive thru or long line of dine in customers, or they were short staffed. But only one mobile order came to pick up their stuff, and 1 dine in customer walked in after me. They had 6 people working. Things should have been running more smoothly. My husband went to the bathroom and said he had never seen a Starbucks bathroom in such bad condition.
Bottom line, this is a poorly run Starbucks. Avoid it and go to...
Read moreI am not one to leave negative reviews but enough is enough. I have been a loyal customer of this coffee shop for over a decade, but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. I’ve witnessed several management changes over the years, but the current manager, Aliza, has made the atmosphere unbearable.
Aliza is consistently rude, unprofessional, and dismissive, not only towards customers but also towards her employees. Her behavior has crossed the line into hostility, and it’s clear she holds grudges against certain regulars, including myself. One particularly troubling incident involved her reaction to a simple request for a "tall pup cup" for my three large dogs—an innocent request that has been granted for a decade, suddenly seemed to spark a disproportionate response. I was even told by a former employee that Aliza had attempted banning me from the store over this.
It's disappointing to see a once-friendly place turn into a hostile environment due to poor management. I have no desire to support a business that allows such unprofessionalism to go unchecked. I only return because the baristas at this location rise above the management and I appreciate their kindness.
To summarize, the new manager Aliza, has proven to be an absolute disappointment in terms of both professionalism and customer service. Her attitude toward customers, including long-time patrons like myself, is consistently rude, condescending, and uncalled for. So disheartening to see at a location I’ve supported for so so...
Read moreNot all white people are racist. 2. Someone doesn't have to call you "N**r" to be a racist. I stopped here on a road trip with my 4yr old daughter. Used the rest room and got in line to order, behind the one guy ahead of us. He and shift manager "Vera" were very conversational, he ordered and I was up to order so I stepped forward. She walked away and started doing other things, I assumed she wasn't the main cashier, so every time another employee started to walk by the counter I attempted to make the eye contact that suggested "hey I'm here", but all employees just glanced over me. The manager Vera saw me standing there for about 10 mins and during that time went in the back started unpacking crossant shelves and everything. I got the feeling I wasn't wanted there and I was pretty unoffensive. Polo shirt fitted, fitted jeans sneakers and a 4yr old daughter. Either way I finally placed order with Vera who finally acknowledged me...and stated have you been helped? She literally saw me there since I stood behind the gentlemen. The entire time I was there I saw Zero minorities also. On hello as if in wasn't wanted there... And every one else seemed to get pleasant treatment. I was passing by any probably will never see that place again or any of the people that work there... But I...
