Emily at Store #607 / 75 W. Indiantown Road, Jupiter is a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERSTAR!!!
I had a VERY aggravating billing issue that I have spent the past week trying to resolve with various AT&T call center Customer Service Reps that all failed to resolve the issue.
10 minutes with Emily and all is resolved. She is a rock star Customer Service Rep!!!
I am a small business owner and rarely am I treat as well by customer service reps as I treat my customers. Emily is the rare exception.
Emily's combination of technical acumen and customer service skills are RARE. I would hire her in a heartbeat and teach her my business she is that good and that rare of an employee.
After years in the customer service business myself I can easily spot the superstar CSRs.
AT&T would be CRAZY to lose her.
Thank you Emily. You made my day.
At&T Store at 75 E. Indiantown Road, Jupiter FL Matthew, the Rep at the store, is phenomenal. Customer focused, knows the products & services, great at trouble shooting...just an all-round phenomenal customer service Rep. I had an issue with my ZTE MiFi hotspot device that Matthew trouble shot to a bad sim card. I am a small business owner in a customer service related business. It is RARE that I receive the same exceptional level of customer service that I provide to my customers. Matthew is the rare exception where a customer service Rep far exceeded my expectations. There is another AT&T store closer to my business but I will only go to Matthew's store when I need help. Just a great guy!!!

Between Emily and Hector we will only use the #607 store for all...
Read moreI went to this store looking for help in transferring my DataConnect account to the AT&T Prepaid plan because of the DataConnect plan being discontinued. I followed the directions sent with a new SIM card, but couldn't set up a new At&T Prepaid account. I worked with an employee, Zach. He was very helpful, courteous and patient. I am technologically, challenged and he didn't let that get in the way of helping me solve my problem. After a few clicks on the computer and a call to activate my account my problem was solved. The only complaint I have is that I was charged an activation fee of $15 even though I had a DataConnect plan for quite awhile and AT&T is the one who discontinued the plan. And that's not Zach's fault, it's company policy. I would recommend Zach for anyone having difficulties with their AT&T phone or plan. Upon seeing another female employee work with other customers it seems like the employees in that store really know their business. A good place to get...
Read moreJust spent an hour at the store to try and order a new Iphone. Told them the model and color. Was told they would have to check in the back. After helping another customer for a little was told that it would take 10 minutes to open the safe and they would need to check for the color we wanted. After waiting 15 minutes was asked again what model and color. He had been told several times this information. After repeating the model and color he said the iPhone of that model had been sold earlier. Why didn’t he tell us originally the store did not have it. This is not an actual ATT store. He couldn’t make some account changes as well. This is only an authorized retailer. It is not an actual corporate store. They have limited capabilities. So, off to a real ATT store. ...
