I had a terrible experience this past weekend. A call had been made on Friday early afternoon for a cake with lettering to be picked up on Saturday. I believe that the call was made around 1:30 on Friday but I was told by DQ server that it came in around 4:30. I arrived at the DQ around 2:30 to pick up and was told that it wasn't ready yet. Hmmmmm. The server was very pleasant and apologetic. He, meanwhile, was in text contact with his associate who was on break apparently having her hair done at a nearby salon. He explained that she was the one who would decorate the cake and the cake and paperwork were ready to go. He said that she should be back momentarily as her break time was over. I asked how long it would take to put the names on the cake and was told a couple minutes. I said, ok then, I will wait. He conveyed that I wanted to wait but she responded that putting names on cakes required a 24 hour notice so my cake wouldn't be ready until 5:00! This was never mentioned when the cake was ordered! Once again he was very apologetic, etc. I then asked him if I walked in and wanted to buy a cake from the freezer and have a name put on it it would require 24 hours to do. He said yes! Unbelievable!! I left intending to come back. When i got home my wife said that we couldn't wait until then as the birthday party started before that time. I tried to call the location. 5 or 6 time to explain that i would have to cancel but no one picked up the phone. I again tried on Monday to call with the same result. I don't know how this place stays in business with service and policies like that. I feel...
Read moreI came here a few weeks ago and I loved it. When I came back it was very disappointing. The girl who made my blizard handed it to me with literally half a cup full of ice cream. I'm not exaggerating even the slightest when I say that it was only half full. Me and the guy standing behind me looked at it kinda in shock so I asked her why it was empty and she just took it back and put more ice cream in it. Just goes to show how different staff members can change how a restaurant is seen.
Old review: One of the best experiences that I've had at any fast food place. Chicken tenders were amazing, the birthday cake icecream was beyond incredible. The younger man helping us was very helpful, polite, and patient with both us, the customers, and the lady that he appeared to be training....

Your staff must be trained to handle food, I went today 10/06/2020 and at 6:33 PM one of your employees dropped a disposable cup then she picked it up from the floor like nothing happened planning to use it on my ice cream of course I told her not to do that.
Check your cctv camera around 6:20 pm - 6:30 pm the other employee gave a spoon to a client by touching the client's hand your employee did not wash her hands then she starts making another blizzard and you know what this means in the middle of the pandemic with covid-19. I will...
