T.J. Maxx — Local services in Jupiter

The T J Maxx in Jupiter is trying hard to make their store safe for its customers during the opening phase of this pandemic, but it is not succeeding. There are hand sanitizers and wipes and paper towels to clean the shopping carts, marks on the floor for six feet social distancing and a sign at the entrance that says, "We care about our valued customers and associates and expect all customers to wear a face covering in our stores." Unfortunately, the choice to wear a mask or not is left up to the customer to decide. There were so many customers without masks that after fifteen minutes, I spoke to a person behind the counter to complain. She said that since the state did not mandate that customers had to wear masks, there was nothing they could do. I felt so unsafe that I left and do not plan to return anytime soon even though the store is my favorite place to shop. Another employee overheard me and in an aside said that she agreed with me and suggested I post a comment. The next store I went into had this sign, "Protect yourself and others. Masks are required upon entry". That's more like it!! At this time in Palm Beach County the hospitalizations and deaths from Covid-19 are still on the rise. We deserve to be protected. Super clean store! Right when you walk in you’re surrounded by so many different products! Every thing is nicely in order and a lot in stock! Super easy and convent to get everything you need in one place! Prices are always super cheap as well!! I always come here for everything from clothes, cups, kitchen stuff as well as dog stuff! Staff is always great at helping with people and during the check out process it’s super easy! Sometimes the line gets a little long but the staff works through it very quickly! Usually when you go to a tj max it’s disorganized and dirty but not this one! I will continue to keep coming back here for sure! If you ever need yeti cups come here! These are the greatest at holding ice all day especially at the beach!

I was recently at the jupiter location and I had the best experience. They lady who helped me he name maybe started with an E and was Hispanic she has black short hair and we the most present associate I have ever had the pleasure of of encountering. I really wish I knew her name she was so helpful and nice to me and my handcap grandmother helping us find what we needed even looked for her size helped me find a seat for her cause this location does not have any wheelchairs or carts.
