Domino's — Restaurant in Kalispell

Worst experience in 5 years. Pizza dough was under cooked. Took 30 to 40 min after we placed an online order for it to be put in to bake. Took another 20 min after it said it was ready as we waited in the drive through pickup area for 16 min and even though the employee were at the register and then back to cook, no one ever looked towards tge pick up window. So we went, parked and went in to get the order. The guy working came up asked using we'd like to order and proceeded to try to tell us about the best deal. I said we'd just like to pick up our order that we waited 16 min at the pickup window for. He said oh well we don't have enough staff to take care of everything, then showed us this gift card wrapper for dominos and was mumbling something about it. I said, I'd just like to pick up our pizza's. He looked confused, finally asked my name. I asked for plates, he said they didn't have any and had been out since last week. We got our pizza home, and proceeded to eat, when we realized the center of the pizza was not fully cooked. It was gooey dough. We had pan pizza's, so I assume it's a new cook and doesn't realized the pans take a bit longer. There were several people waiting on food, not sure how long they'd been there. Don't waste your money or your time. Unfortunately, we should have listened to the other bad reviews. This last experience was the absolutely worst. We went to pick up our order and waited at the drive-through for 10 minutes before we called the store. Even tho there was a worker standing in the lobby no one picked up the phone. We honk and still no answer. So after another 10 minutes we decided to go around to the lobby (while still on the phone) and of course, the lobby was closed. So we knocked while looking straight at the worker in the lobby. The gal then snaps out of whatever trance she was in to tell us to go around. We get to the window and she is tweaked. Then tries to play it off like she was just deaf and didn't hear the phone, car, or knocks. After I called her out on our wait time all she had to say was she wasn't even from here. My wife and I got dinner from the Domino's southend location here in Kalispell 3 days ago and I have to say the food was fabulous! As with many businesses the last few years they operate this store with a bare minimum of employees- the manager of the store is often a one man show in there but he keeps the orders moving and seriously the pizza, appetizers and toasted sandwiches that my family has gotten from this store the last year has been absolutely delicious and no mistakes, just very good customer service and his ability to multi task! The prices and coupon deals that are offered here by Domino's make the food very affordable for today's economic climate and I encourage any and everyone to try their food as I do not believe you will be disappointed!
