First off I want to say that I have a very large family so my orders are usually fairly large so having to wait for food is no big deal used to it with 6 children. Ok that being said let's get started. My wife and I and kids went thru the drive through on our way home. Ordered 2 kids meals. One chicken nugget, one hamburger. We also ordered 2 large sweet teas a couple of large fries and 8 McDoubles and 8 mcchickens. And 2 20 piece nuggets. So again I fully expected to have to wait for our food. However we specifically asked for the max amount of sweet and sour sauces allowed as we had a lot of chicken nuggets. According to McDonald's Policy. Posted all over their window. 1 for 4 or 6. 2 for 10 and 3 for 20. Well that should be 7 according to the order. They shoved all of our food into 2 bags. We waited approximately 15 minutes, and our food was cold. Not only that but had to ask them 3 separate occasions for the sweet and sour sauce. Why in the world are you going to ask what type of sauce you want if you aren't going to put it into the bag. Then you make us wait for our food understandably so as it was a large order but it was all cold... as in we got old items, not freshly made....hence the wait? My family and I do not plan on frequenting this Mcdonalds. I'll drive across town before I go here again. Also my wife tried to order a Vanilla Latte and they said that they couldn't do that cause there was a Starbucks down the road. You have it on your Freaking Menu!!! Hope this...
Read moreWell today as I was ordering breakfast at 10:30, the girl said oh I'm sorry my manager said we are no longer serving breakfast. Right in the middle of my order! I get it, if it was past 10:31 but nope, couldn't even finish my breakfest order. I was the last car too. So I asked for the manager at the window to pick up food and I told her how I was in the middle of my order, not even past breakfast time and she said well thats what corporate tells us. I'm know corporate teaches good customer service first and to finish who is in line for breakfast. Not to rudely interrupt a order thats not even past the cut off time. How disappointing. My kid was so upset we didn't get hot cakes. I think this "manager " should go back to school and learn how to treat customers nicely and how the customers make their pay check. Well what can you do? Should anyone have high expectations from McDonald's anyways? Plus other locations stop serving breakfast at 11am...
Read moreThis place sucks one lane ,15 minutes per car always notice the employees standing while three ppl worked the front. Could always hear cussing in the background when i tell them my app number. Heard i don't give a #&@/ park em! These ppl seem to always be stoned or drunk whenever i come in. I got ti the pickup window n they just shoved my food at me n slammed the window in my face. I got home and they didn't give me any sauce my nuggets were short i got 8 instead of ten. They messed up my sandwich wanted only ketchup got everything on it! Tried tocall them no answer go figure! I came back to this store again this morning. Only to find three managers were sitting in the dining room talking about stuff that customers shouldn't be hearing like schedules food and employees behavior. I also felt uneasy because there was two customers sitting there tweaking out n no one told...
