please spend your money ANYWHERE else. i ordered a big new yorker double pepperoni pizza online. it arrived within the expected time. when i opened the box i was very confused - my double pepperoni pizza was missing the pepperonis. i called the store and had the worst customer service i’ve ever had. the woman on the phone asked for my ticket number - when i gave it to her, she said hold on and held the phone away from her while she asked another employee “how do i look up ticket numbers?” she returned to me, asking again for what i ordered, what my ticket number was, and what was the problem. i explained that i ordered a double pepperoni, half pineapple and half jalapeños, but received a cheese pizza with half pineapple and jalapeños. she said “yep, you got what you ordered.” as if this is the solution to my problem. i told her i clicked the big banner atop the pizza hut website that said “it’s back, the big new yorker double pepperoni” and that i did NOT get what i ordered. she was very belligerent and when i told her that i’d never had such poor customer service, another person took the phone. this man informed me that the website had a lot of reported problems, and that the error was online. i said i’d like a refund and then i said, if i can give you some feedback, i live in kanab and the woman i spoke with earlier was very unhelpful. she could have said what you said initially, and solved this, but instead she argued with me that the mistake was MINE because i didn’t order properly.. he then said very loudly and aggressively, “ma’am that woman is my wife!” as if that excuses her terrible customer service? as if that solves the problem? i said to him he needed to have ears to hear that that type of approach to customers will never work. a few minutes after i hung up i got a notification from my credit card app that i’d been charged again from pizza hut. instead of being refunded, i was charged the ticket amount minus the pizza. now i get to contest the charge and deal with this drama even more. i will never EVER go to pizza hut again. i have such a bad taste in my mouth about this experience - and the gross...

I'll try and make it short, but it will certainly not be sweet: We ordered a "Thin 'n Crispy" Veggie Pizza online for drive through pick up (gave a 20% gratuity). Waited for Pizza Hut's online web counter to count down to zero. Went to pick up pizza. Waited in the Pick-up lane. Got to the Pick-up window. Took them five minutes to even FIND my online order, of which they hadn't even BEGUN to make. No "sorry", and no explanation given at all. I began to get a little annoyed. Then they told me to wait out front and they'd bring out the pizza in "five minutes." I waited for twenty minutes out front, getting further annoyed. No one came out, so I went in. I asked for my pizza. It was in the re-heater. It had been finished, who knows when, but they just didn't bother to take it outside to my truck to give it to me. No apologies, no explanation, just confused looks. I got REALLY mad. I left, never to return ever again. (Review of the actual pizza: The "Veggie Lover's Thin 'n Crispy Pizza" was, technically, a "pizza". And it was thin, and it had veggies on it, but it was soggy and FAR from "crispy." I couldn't eat it as it completely offended my taste buds, but my wife thought that it was "edible." However, I thought it to be a complete mockery of a real pizza.) I can accept a LOT of incompetence sent my way, but what I can't accept is the "we don't give a DAMN about our customers" attitude, which is apparently pervasive at the...
Read moreAfter a wonderful day at Zion, we decided to drive back into this cute little town of Kanab. We arrived at 10pm to their Pizza Hut location. I immediately noticed that there were only 2 employees working. There was only one other table besides the 5 of us that walked in. We patiently waited, knowing and expecting a wait due to the amount of pizzas rolling out of their oven. We are on vacation so we were in no rush.
The cook/waitress walks over to my table and slams the menu in front of my face. I was looking at my phone and never noticed her walking my way. She then raised her voice and rudely said, “ITS GOING TO BE A 20-30 MINUTE WAIT”, then walked away. My children were looking at her and noticed how inappropriate she was. We immediately got our belongs and exchanged a few words before we went on our not so merrily way.
Funny thing, the hotel we were staying at asked us how dinner was and I informed the hotel employee of our encounter with the rudest customer service we had ever experienced. She knew EXACTLY where we went for dinner. The one star rating I gave was...
