Store # 206. They may have moved to a new location but their service tonight was less than satisfactory. They allowed cars to pile up in the drive for about 20 minutes only to come on the speaker and say they are ONLY taking orders inside. Pulled over and went inside and everybody appeared to be having a great time accusing each other on who was told to say the drive thru was closed. Placed my order only to receive overcooked chicken wings with some dried out Mac and cheese. Had to get a refund because after receiving my food they finally came back and said they did not have any tea. The supervisor or mgr (not sure which) came to front to issue a refund. Also, he stood in front of customers and told the front counter worker that he should have checked first. Sweet tea is a Bojangles staple and why reprimand an employee in front of customers. The real complaint I have is that I asked the supervisor for the store number and he asked my why I wanted that .. unacceptable and he knew damn well why I wanted it and refused to give me his name! So now I'm posting my HORRIBLE experience and will definitely obtain the store number so corporate knows exactly what type of employees they have representing their business . I normally go thru the drive thru during the day and have always had a pleasant experience but will never visit this location in the evenings. Smile😡😡😡😡

Read moreMy husband went to this Bojangles today and asked how long the chicken had been sitting, the server said 30 minutes he requested fresh chicken she stated it would take 20 minutes he said he would be willing to wait but could he have a complimentary tea while he waited she refused.. He waited anyway since he had not eaten all day. 20 minutes passed he asked about the chicken and was told there was a mix up in “dropping” the chicken between the front line and the back, so my husband would need to wait another 20 minutes, My husband left walking to Wendy’s (he is a truck driver so re-parking the truck was not an option) I called and spoke with Khalial and explained to him how poor the customer service was and that under no circumstances should any customer be treated like that. He asked if I could call my husband back and ask him to return to the restaurant. I did, when my husband arrived Khalial displayed what good customer service means and offered an apology. I explained to Khalial although he was not the initiator of the poor customer service your front line makes all the difference when displaying good or bad customer service, For the young lady that displayed poor customer service perhaps she should be re-trained. Every time when I come here I always try to order the 20 pc tailgate box meal for my family you guys always say “we don’t have it” or “we’re out of bone in chicken” like??? Isn’t this a fried chicken place???? I understand that you guys can run out of bone in chicken but it shouldn’t be EVERY TIME I go and I don’t even go that often. I don’t know maybe it’s just bad luck on my end but I doubt it. Instead of saying that y’all don’t have it I’m assuming there isn’t enough chicken ready to be packed so y’all should start saying “there’s a wait” and let the customer know how long it’s going to take for the cooking chicken to be done. The customer should then choose to wait or not, in my case I honestly would have waited. It’s either y’all really don’t have bone in chicken or just don’t want to make it.
