So every time that I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell they always slap stuff together & I always order add-ons which make the price of each item really expensive and I was trying their new cheesy Chalupa box with the cilantro and onion and there was like two onions on my Chalupa and all I asked from them was some more onion and cilantro and there’s like a whole line of people Waiting for their food and they’re telling me that I need to wrap around and waste more time even though they told me at the beginning right when I got to the speaker that it would be a 15 minute wait to take my order ( also being rushed while ordering) I told them why can’t you just give me onions and cilantro right here why is it such a big deal and they’re like oh well our drive-through times already up so much and I’m like so why argue with me there’s just no customer service and satisfaction and then this girl wants to talk about portion size lady please when I’m sitting here spending $20 on a modified box order and you barely put any toppings on my Chalupa and sit there and talk about portion size? I see almost 0 onions on my Chalupa it’s crazy anyways don’t expect your order to be done correctly or nicely and I also asked for the avocado packets at the window and they told me that I have to wrap around for that as well which is super outrageous when you have my card in hand and haven’t even made the purchase yet. Will not be returning I suggest you not either go somewhere else that has better customer service and doesn’t worry about the pinch portion size of onions lol They also don’t take the time to put the things neatly in the bag they just throw the fries and chips in there and they spill all over the bag for you to pick up which is super annoying. Btw there was like 4 or 5 people there. I used to work in fast food and we accommodated people all the time. Home girl at the window asked me to open my chalupa and show her how many onions are on there. At that point I just looked and her and was like it’s not that deep and drove away. Read moreKannapolis Taco Bell #023183 3/29/25 issue still not resolved from corporate or store location.........................Team lead / MGR Isaiah/isaac accused me and the 2 black children i have with me of placing a long blonde or grey strand of hair in one of the childs food just for a refund. I watched her (a child in my care for a sleepover) bite into the item and I literally pulled the long strand from her mouth… out of her bitten food. Immediately came called FOUR times to see what all I needed to bring back for a refund. No one answered. I left a voicemail expressing the issue and that I would be coming back in. I threw away the food but brought the bag and spit out hair back to the store. As I waited in line. The customer infront of me had an order that required a refund. The refund was given with NO ISSUES.
I show the mgr the hair and he says NONE of his workers had long hair that was making orders. This was said as a woman with long blonde hair was making the same exact item I just ordered… that had the long strand of hair.
I waste more time going home (10 minute drive each way) and getting all the trash and food to bring back since it was said to be needed for the refund. The mgr once again denied my refund with ripped bag and food in hand…. And the blonde or grey strand of hair. Advised I just need to call corporate.
I am pissed! No refund on my $26 dollar order and corporate is closed on the weekends.
Update: It’s been 2 weeks. Ive called corporate 5 seperate times since, been told upper management would call in 2-3 days eat time, and no one has called back.

Read moreThis goes to all of the customers that think that this Taco Bell has the worst service in Kannapolis, and you guys are right it is but please try to understand that all of thier staff are amazing hard workers and if they seem to be unpleasant please understand that they are just humans, we are all imperfect and when stress over takes one we can seem like we are careless but they are not, they just try make your order so you can enjoy. Yes this place is always at low staff (they are hiring and if you apply it will help this a lot, dont be a lazy a*s that only criticise), but they also always recive huge orders like 20-30 items and to make all those items it does take time, plus they are always these large orders placed before orders that are just 3 items. Please if you are planning to make a huge order please call the store before time, so they can get prepared over time. Oh! And about that order app, its not the locations fault that your order didnt go through, there is a long process that it goes through so its best to place the order 20-30 mins before heading to the store. Your order is processed to corp that they verify it, the location dont, they just look for the ok to make the order. This place has a good environment its just the customers that makes this place the "slow fast food place" it is. Please have in mind what you really want to eat and limit your items, it will improve the speed. I say this beacuse of my experience...
