I love Andy’s. I have been going since I was a kid (I’m almost 30 now.) I eat here about every other night. I’ve had great experiences with everyone except the heavier set Hispanic lady. She works nights a lot and seems absolutely hate her job. Me and my lady will normally get passive aggressive responses about literally everything and I’m a very kind outgoing person! Everyone at that site is amazing but she’s starting to make us feel a bit unwelcome and I’m not sure why. I didn’t leave a review first few times but after a month or two of it it’s getting annoying. If you’re looking to go to Andy’s as I’ve said I’ve loved it as a kid but I’ve never had an Andy’s employee be so sassy and mean. I ordered a Blueberry Concrete NOT a FROZEN Blueberry on top of a Medium cup of Vanilla Ice cream, not mixed or anything. Wrong in everyway, hard frozen Blueberry not blended with the Vanilla ice cream. Spent $8 on something that is wrong, which ruins Andy's Ice Cream reputation. Not to mention only hard frozen Blueberry but also ZERO Blueberry syrup. How is this called concrete? Honestly, take your money to another location besides here. This location is less busy than the Liberty one as it has only been opened a little while. The presentation of the treats sometimes doesn't match the photos & the custard can be a bit melty. I chalk it up to the fact this location is still fairly new & staff may be learning...
