I recently had an experience at your salon that I wanted to share with you. I noticed an advertisement for Hair Love Salon on my Instagram feed and reached out to ask if you offer full sew-in weaves with no hair out. I was informed that you do, and subsequently scheduled a consultation with Nia.
Upon my arrival and after sitting in Nia’s chair, I was informed that she does not provide weave services, and that whoever answered the phone should have communicated this. Additionally, Nia mentioned that consultations typically require clients to arrive without any hair already installed.
Unfortunately, this led to a frustrating situation on a Saturday morning, as I was unable to receive any assistance regarding full sew-in options. I was advised that someone would contact me in a few weeks, but it felt like a significant waste of my time.
While I found the customer service to be friendly, there seems to be some disorganization, particularly with the front desk staff who might not be fully informed on the services offered. If someone is seeking a full-service salon for sew-in weaves, I feel it would be valuable for them to have accurate information beforehand.
With this said, I did not have to pay the $30 consultation fee.

By the end though I really liked how knowledgeable and understanding Ziah is. I made an appt to get my hair done with Ziah on May 11. I got my hair cut, colored and styled and to say Ziah did a fantastic job at helping me is an understatement. Both myself and a friend felt that our concerns were dismissed, and it seemed as though there was a clear preference for looser curl patterns over 4C hair. After a young stylist mishandled my hair, I was offered a small discount instead of a full refund or any meaningful effort to make the situation right.
