I'm not someone who goes out of my way to leave negative reviews. However for this McDonald's I will make an exception.
When ordering, the automated speaker outright got my order wrong. Then, when I was finally transferred to an employee, they were short and a little rude. Fine, people have rough days. They were still getting my order right as I was trying to order. After 10 minutes of ordering, we finally got the right order.
At the pay window, we were presented with the wrong order. The person looked at me like I was crazy for saying that the order isn't correct. She finally found it after 5 minutes. I pay, pull forward, and I'm given the wrong food, which we discover as we pull out of the parking lot. Line is super long, I'm a little irritable now because I have had to correct the order, so I called. The lady I was talking to was understanding. I stated that I already had been in the drive through line for 45 minutes prior and wanted my food brought out. Someone came and took the phone, said "sorry we're understaffed you have to get in line and hung up without even hearing so much as a word from me.
I pulled into line and called back, and the same person took the phone from the same lady, said he was sorry about hanging up on me, said the line was spinning out, and promptly hung up on me again.
I'm currently sitting in line, approaching 90 minutes of time wasted at this McDonald's. Don't come here if you want your food to be correct, because messing up my order is something that they...
   Read moreWent today(5-20-23) and placed a mobile order at 2:47pm for a large ice Carmel mocha coffee and a medium frozen Dr . Pepper. After sitting for 10 minutes I called and the manager said they had to make the ice coffee so it would be a couple minutes. At 3:05 I pulled out of the mobile spot and proceeded to go thru drive thru since there were no cars. I told the drive thru person what happened and the manger came over to the window and proceeded to be very aggressive and said âI just sent someone out there and you werenât there!â I replied I pulled in thru drive thru hoping to make it easier for them to give me my order. She continued to be very loud and trying to embarrass me in front of her employees telling me âit is your fault for not waiting another 5 minutes and I would need to go back over and sit and wait for them in the parking spot.â At this point it had been 25 minutes just trying to get 2 drinks( no food). I then inquired for a refund and to cancel the order. She told meâ well I canât do anything for you, contact your bankâ. This was really rude, even tho I have used this place often I will not be going back just because of this mangers attitude. I feel sorry for the employees that work under her.    Read moreHad a very poor experience at this location, came in for some happy meals 2 hamburg happy meals and 1 6piece nugget happy meal..the main purpose of the visit was for the newly advertised disney playing cards with their happymeals. I made sure to ask the a.i. who took my order about this item. It got confused and asked me to pull up. I paid and then The worked was able to identify that those toys were not avail. So I asked for a refund. I was provided a refund. However my refund was short. I stayed parked at the 1st window, and tried to call the location. They answered the phone HOLLA when I asked if this was the location at their address they hung up, I called back a second time and they hung up again I called back a 3rd time and the line was busy. I continued to wait by the window and nobody came up..finally I was able to get ahold of the store and a manager. The manager didn't understand how they shorted me as he refunded me for 3 hamburger happy meals. The young man who assisted me finally came back to the window and when I explained to him what had happened. He understood and made it right.. I was at this location for nearly 45 min. And this was just horrible...
