Goodcents — Restaurant in Kansas City

The attitude of the staff new manager and new assistant that hasn't had job long must of got them by fault no one else there obviously to do it .lady's were rude .and the service wasn't ok only because of their attitude.they had friends in the store that the staff was outside hanging with then she came into store with and the management actually had the nerve to take this non worker family back behind counter in store.myself and my kids lobby were shocked because they had not only done this in front of us but stated they wanted to close early due to no money ok but why does the customers waiting to meet their family member have to deal with this.we felt so uncomfortable and I love mr good scents food but I'm not sure about eating this location no more if they're gonna be able to act like this to the customers our visit took place between 745 pm and 810 on a Friday...

First of all, this restaurant’s phone number listed on Google does not work. Ok, I understand that we’re in quarantine but I waited for my food at the curb for so long (while other people were receiving their food) that I had to call them and tell them I was outside (in plain view of the lady who answered the phone.) I told her I’d been waiting for 20 minutes and she proceeded to pick up my sandwich, which had presumably been ready all along, and bring it out to me, without saying thank you or even apologizing for the wait. And the cherry on top? They screwed up my order. I ordered online so I HAD to pay a tip to these slackers, but I wish she would’ve given me a full refund. Goodcents is awesome, but...

This is the best franchise location in this area! Impressive amounts of toppings into each sandwich! The taste is in line with expectations! The store was well stocked and clean from front to back. The employees were very nice and accommodating! We visit this location when possible, although it has new owners. This location has "never skimped" on ingredients or toppings like the one close to us! Great location to get in and out of without any issues! There's a grocery store, gas station, and coffee shop along with another fast food restaurant next door! Great job...
