Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kansas City

Just placed an order for this Pizza Hut. Originally called for delivery and asked if we could do two separate orders and pay with two separate cards. Originally, the lady who answered the phone stated we could not do this. I asked that she do the first order and process her card and then take my order and i would also pay over the phone with card. She sighed and agreed. The order ended up coming to my friends order, for 16 wings, for $14. My order was for 16 wings and a medium pizza for $17. That doesn’t seem right in the first place🤔 she then said thank you and was going to hang up. Before she did i asked the time frame for the delivery. She stated it would be 95 minutes. We decided to do pick up and i asked that they took the delivery charge off the order. We got there later than the time they said it would be ready and our order was still not ready. Once we received our tickets to sign, my order was less than my friends. How does that work? I asked that they refund her the amount we were owed and she stated the transaction was already tendered and they could not redo it. Overall, very awful service. I recommend not going to this Pizza Hut if you do...

Literally the WORST service I have ever had. The person who answered the phone was RUDE then when we said we had two separate orders she sighed and said “fine what is for the first one?” I understand having a bad day but goodness sakes! THEN she charged me more than it was supposed to be and said it is already tendered so she could not change it. I paid $14 for 16 pc boneless wings my friend paid $13 for pizza AND the same amount of wings. Im not a math genius BUT I even know that does not add up. Wish I could give them a 0 rating.

THEN when I asked if they had a military discount she rolled her eyes and said “no we dont have a military discount “

PLUS the 95 minutes delivery time. Decided to do 25 minute pick up instead. Got there 40 minutes after our order was made and our food was still not ready.

At the end we asked if we could get a free item or cash back she said “no”

I have worked at a pizza place before. Its not rocket science. Own your mistakes.

Rating this pizza hut 5 stars because they had a very nice black man who cannot speak deliver my pasta, cheese pizza cheezit , and wings. I love that you give everyone a chance to be a delivery driver. I have seen him before many times delivering here but finally came to review cause this pizza hut gives everyone even with a disability every opportunity to succeed. Please send this to your most upper management team. I didnt get the guy name but he was very friendly and I will continue ordering my pizza from this location because of this. Thanks for giving everyone opportunities pizza hut !!! Even though he couldnt speak he told me the with hand gestures that the cheeze-it pizza is the best and everyone orders it he gestured it with his thumbs up and motioned bon appetit! So kind of you guys for letting this guy succeed !!! Wish I could rate 100 stars to this pizza hut at legends...
