Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kansas City

So if I could give this location a 0 and post I would. My friend was just at this location getting our food. I’m on the phone so she can get my order. She pulls up to this place 15 minutes ago and waits in line for her turn. A car behind her pulls up with music blaring. So she proceeds to the speaker after waiting and starts to place our order. The lady stops my friend on the first item stating they’ll were out of beans and chicken. So we talk it out and start to replace our order. The lady on the speaker keeps interrupting her because she can not hear her. So my friend speaks up and is trying to place her order and the lady keeps getting ruder. At this point I’m telling my friend to just leave because the lady has an attitude. My friend really wanting Taco Bell is trying to make this work after being to 3 prior Taco Bell’s before this location and every location either has long lines or drunk people with cops. My friend tries again making an effort to place the order. The lady stops my friends order and ask her is everything right on the screen. My friend states I wasn’t done ordering. The lady gets nasty and stated she trying to get her order right and if my friend is getting an attitude she won’t sell her anything. So now my friend has an attitude and explains to the lady that she was trying to over speak the load music behind her since she keeps acting like she can’t hear her. Than the lady in the speaker start getting hype telling my friend her mom is a B** and that she can fight her like come on Taco Bell this is what you have as customer service. This is who you have representing your company. I would not have believed it if I wasn’t on the phone!!!!! Had to order more food because there was no meat in crunch wrap....next review#2 gets way worse can't believe I went back if no meat wasn't enough same employees same people went after work 12 hour shift to redeem a gift card my boss gave me for $10 try to go to the drive-thru they told me I had to come in to use a gift card funny thing is they tried to ring me up on the drive-thru register all of the employees were acting funny no one was in the store except for one person I asked him if he had already ordered he nodded he said yes but he never took any food out then the manager came out and told me the giftcard didn't work but he's still ringing it on the drive-thru register I watched him do so meanwhile he was looking out the door that we came in at the man that had just left with no food then I start receiving notifications from my cash app saying my card just being used 5 minutes I have been in the store, manager proceeds to give me the food for free he says for my troubles so we proceed to leave manager sort of follows us out and is looking out the window the whole time I get to the car and I realize I had left my bag in the car and my side of the car unlocked and my bag is gone and the man that was in the store is leaving I really think somehow that they were all in on it all my credit cards were in my purse at the time luckily I didn't get paid till the next day they started using my credit cards 5 minutes later we're trying to anyway but credit cards canceled and all my money is secure I'll never go there again I know that they rang my order up told me that the gift card didn't work to void it out the order and pocketed the $10 I used to be a criminal and I know how those machines work but at least I left with my tacos that night...

Let's see, where do I begin. When I walked in nobody was at the register and the employees were arguing about something. That's not too unusual as it can be difficult to work with others at times. However they weren't busy and when my girlfriend and I walked in we were acknowledged but still no one was there to take our order. The ordering process went smooth though. (The only good part about the trip.) Then a hand full of other people started coming in and the employees got even more frazzled. So frazzled in fact that they messed up several orders. Between that however my girlfriend and I got our drinks, which was sucktastic. They were out of both mountain dew flavors and when my girlfriend had chosen on root beer she noticed an odd taste. She had me taste it and I had her immediately pour it out because it tasted like it was no good. It also looked like the soda machine hadn't been cleaned all day and every table was filthy. Then we got our food and the meat was greasy and flavorless. Oh, and the men's room was broken which more than likely meant that it was gross and unclean. It is taco bell after all. I've been here a few times and it's been bad but not like this. Except this time where I was trying to go into the pooper and this dude stumbled out with his belt draped across his neck and then I found a syringe. Anyway that's neither here nor there. Also I feel sick now, I hope I don't have food poisoning. This was wacky and I'm gonna tell others not to eat here...
