The food was below average at best. It’s something about ordering Chinese food in a drive thru that just don’t set right with me. The inside was not open for business. This should have been a strong indication that the food was going to be a miss. The meat in the fried rice appeared to be precooked and dry . Also the combination fried rice had exactly 3 shrimp in the whole entree. Definitely have had better Chinese food for a cheaper price. The house hot mustard was a .50 cent up charge. We also ordered the shrimp egg foo yung and it was probably the worst I have ever had. The patty was basically a fried egg product with nothing else in it. Under the patty was a gravy concoction that had various vegetables in it and a scattered amount of shrimp. The entree was very messy in the container. Never had an egg foo yung served like this and it was atrocious. Whole meal was about $34 and it was a...

Today (June 1st 2022) I bought and they told me my total, I gave them my card and I noticed that something wasn't right with the cashier because it looked like she was taking pictures of my card but I thought that maybe I was just seeing things and my coworker told me to pay attention to my bank account just incase something was wrong and I was surprised when I checked my account I saw that they charged a different total much more than what they had told me it was at the window, I called many times until they finally answered and asked why they charged a lot more than what my receipt said and the lady said that apparently they charge to go through the drive thru. That's a steal she can not be doing that, I have proof of everything and it's not about the money that they took out but I started thinking how many people this person has stolen money from like this, please check your receipts and...

So the only issue I had was I got in the drive through at 4 pm the line was out in the street and didn’t get to the window to get it until 5:12pm. However the general Tso’s was actually some of the best I’ve had as far as Chinese food in Kansas City . I can honestly say it competed with Bo Lings. It was crispy and fresh just how I like it! The portion was good for the price and it was definitely fresh made. That could have been one of the reasons for the hr wait them having a rush of people and having to remake everything but it was really good. I also got the fried dumpling and egg drop soup which were good portions! Overall I’ve tried Chinese food via Postmates from most probably every Chinese place in the immediate area and this was definitely the best. I don’t leave reviews ever but I thought I’d give em a shout out since I love general tsos and it’s hard to find a good...

I get it it’s CHINESE which I love…but in case of an emergency why is there a workers truck parked at the exit!!? Call it “Keeping you locked in”..Seems like a way to keep customers in line because wait time is so long. Absolutely ridiculous! @Owner: I stand by what I said. God forbid an ambulance or emergency vehicle would need to get through in a critical situation—your attitude in this matter is unacceptable and highly disappointing. Congratulations on what appears to be a successful business over the years, but I must say, I have never encountered such behavior, even from other business owners. As a successful business owner myself, I find this approach unprofessional and unbecoming. I wish you the best moving forward,as I do not speak negatively about any business. However,it seems that a reality check may be on the horizon. Goodbye, and take care. You too be BLESSED✌🏾

I ordered chicken egg foo young. The price was $15.51. that's a few dollars more than what I pay elsewhere. They gave me the bag and I placed it in the seat next to me. I drove home and open my bag and the gravy is all over the box and all over the bag. They package it on a way that allows the liquid to spill from its package (picture included ). Other restaurants put the liquid in a container with a lid. Not this place. The gravy was extra sweet which I didn't like. They gave me plenty of food with my order. But was disappointed because the food was dry without the gravy. Also the meal comes with a crab ragoon that they put in the gravy and rice so it was wet and soggy. I was very disappointed. The service was fast though and the parking lot was clean as I went through the drive- thru. I will return to try a different dish just to see what happens.

first time eating here, I ordered the Mongolian beef with white rice. I'm guessing they don't serve plain white rice as the rice they gave seems to be rice that had been drenched in soy sauce, not very appetizing to me personally as I like having white rice as a base/pallet cleanser for the food. As for the Mongolian beef itself, it honestly felt more like what I typically expect beef lo mien to taste and look like and not at all like what I was expecting the Mongolian beef to be compared to every other Chinese place I've been too. Was very bland and very dry, while ironically being extremely greasy. I had no issues ordering the food and it was made quickly from when I placed my order, but I'm probably not going to finish this and get something else to eat as it's really not very appetizing.
