My daughters friend had a little fanny pack and she had a mini pepper spray SO....they took it and told her she could have it back when we're done in side the event at the park and to just stop back by there and get it from them. The nearest parking available is the UMKC parking garage about 3 blocks away. Sometimes you can park along the side of Oak Street, but not sure if that's always allowed. No restrooms.
