Subway — Restaurant in Kansas City

Unprofessional. I was very disappointed -and a little angry. It had been a while since I visited this Subway, following an incident where I had ordered a salad, and got home to find that it had been chopped to shreds, so thoroughly that it was basically cole slaw. I decided to try the wraps this time, and I order the Turkey Bacon Guacamole Wrap. The friendly server put the turkey and bacon (two slices) on the tomato basil tortilla, two tiny wedges of cheese - and then he toasted it. The next server puts tomato and lettuce on it,and asks me what dressing I want on it. There is no guacamole on the wrap, so I say, "Mayonnaise and the guacamole, please." She says, "We're out of guacamole." Unprofessional. The first server knew they were out, and he should have told me that when I ordered and asked me if I wanted something else. But, he didn't, just put the turkey and bacon and cheese on it,toasted - and I was left with the decision of whether to pay for it or complain. So, I am done with this restaurant. 0 stars because I just needed to use the restroom here. They required me to buy something which is not the issue, that is understandable and I don’t blame them for that because many businesses do the same. It’s the fact that I’m buying something in order to just use the restroom and they come and knock on the door every 2 minutes while you’re LITERALLY IN THE PRIVACY OF A BATHROOM! I figured buying something to be able to use the restroom would at least give me the privacy and respect of allowing me to do my business. Ordered last night for delivery. Ordered 2 meatball marinara subs at 7:45 pm off of the subway website. Said it was coming from the emanual clever store. $29.06 was taken out of my bank acct. And I went to bed hungry , no food arrived.I called the subway store at 9pm and asked them if my order was ever sent out, the man was rude ( foriegn man with indian accent) told me they were closed and I would have to call door dash! Then hung up on me!! There is no mention of door dash on the website at all. Am in the process now of trying to get my money back.
