Worst experience at a Burger King EVER! LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA !

I ordered a number 8 with Bacon and Swiss. Placed the order first in English and then in Spanish because they had trouble understanding me. I repeated myself in Spanish a couple of times as they still looked confused (I'm 100% bilingual). I MADE SURE TO POINT AT THE HUGE PICTURE OF THE CORRECT SANDWICH SHOWING ON THE MENU SCREEN and read the order as it was listed in the menu.

Yet, I got the WRONG order. They gave me number 6. When I told them I got the wrong order, they would not accept their mistake. They called the manager and made a huge deal about it until the guy that was standing behind me in line said that he had heard me placing the order and I was right.

After that I had to wait another 15 min for my food, and guess what? It was WRONG again, they did not put cheese in the sandwich.

I mean just...

The food was fine, I get it, it’s just fast food. But this big Bald guy who was just rude and rolling his eyes and makigg my fun of me with another guest. All because I asked for a refill, he said “okay that will be 1 dollar.” It says nothing anywhere about paying for refills and in General, Burger King has never charged for refills. I’ve been eating here my whole life and I’m 33. My kids wanted another coke. Anyway, after I said fine I’ll pay a dollar. He said, “go back and wait in line on the other side I don’t do refills.” This was a horrible experience and he just shouldn’t be in customer service since he want to treat...
