Coffee Fellows — Restaurant in Katy

I love their coffee — it tastes even better than Starbucks! There’s one barista here who clearly knows what he’s doing — he made the best coffee I’ve had all week. As a barista myself, I know the key is having the right person behind the bar, and when you do, the coffee really shines.

That said, some of the newer staff seem inexperienced and could use improvement in their service manners and attitude. A simple greeting or smile goes a long way, especially in customer service.

I truly hope this place continues to grow and do well because their coffee is damn good. With just a bit more focus on service, they could easily become the best coffee...

I went up to order and the woman there looked at me for a solid 10 seconds before I had to ask if I could order. She said yes like it was supposed to be obvious. Already disliked the attitude this place was giving me. Anyways, I noticed that the barista had dyed hair and a million piercings, which is how I knew the coffee was about to be excellent. Even then, even she seemed to be reluctant in giving me anything more than the minimal decency to give me my coffee. For the price, I was expecting to be treated a bit better as a customer. Terrible attitude, but...

I'm here now and the lady taking my order is rude, very short when speaking to me...no eye contact... really draining to my current good mood....
