Katy Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Katy

Guys: you can go anywhere, but local owners, local businesses is the way to go. Cannot compare to dominos, etc. Clean area. Not overcrowded like the rest of Katy is becoming. This crust reminded us of our trips to Europe. We looked at one of the pizzas and then decided it might be a bit thick for us, so we asked for it to be well done. The bottom was perfect. The dough and prep is prob solid. They told us NY style & Neapolitan mix was their style. We think it’s a solid new pizza place. A slice needs to hold its own and not flop around. Perfectly crispy yet chewy on the inside. Next time, we will dine in.

The guys at the counter were helpful, answered our questions, and were honest if they didn’t know something about the menu …and had our pizza baked and boxed up for us in 15min.

We will have leftovers tomorrow morning and will update if getting extra crispy was worth it. For now, we will def be coming back. We had a margarita and a greenhouse chicken which is roasted chicken, pesto, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke, mozzarella. I would maybe suggest some more artichoke, since this is a...

Listen, if “cheese pull” was an Olympic event, these guys would bring home the gold. 🥇 Every slice is a masterpiece of crispy crust, gooey melt, and flavor that hits harder than a Friday night touchdown.

Huge shoutout to the crew holding it down back there — always smiling, always bringing the heat (literally). Whether you’re dining in, catching a game, or boxing it up to go like I did… you can’t miss.

Tried Katy Pizza Kitchen for the first time, and am so glad we did! Had the Supreme and absolutely loved it. The sausage on it was a highlight and is outstanding, the crust was nice and chewy, and it was ready right on time. I’m eager to come back and dine in, and try more options. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add olives to the supreme. Other than that - really loved it and will...
