Kolache Factory — Restaurant in Katy

While visiting Houston the Kolache Factory was highly recommended— it did not disappoint! Despite arriving close to closing time, there were quite a few options to choose from. The location was immaculate and the staff was pleasant.

We tried:

We had our selections warmed up but when we got back to the hotel most were still cold. We think it’s because they were warmed in a box. Yesterday there were perfectly warmed but they were in a bag.

I called ahead of time to place my order and sent one of my employees, Alyssa, who was ordering her own food, to pick it up. We had a coupon, one for each order that they refused to accept because only one person was there. Alyssa called to let me know this issue at which point I asked to speak to a manager on the phone to explain there are two customers, two different debit cards, and two different emails on the coupons! Not to mention, my order was placed on the phone ahead of time and hers in person. However they refused to speak to me! I could hear them accusing Alyssa of "taking advantage". I was visiting family and friends in Katy,TX . I live in Oklahoma and there is no place that has a decent kolache. So I was excited to got the Kolache Factory. As always a great selection of food. Whether you want sweet or savory you will not be disappointed. Love the Philly cheese steak kolache.
