Whataburger — Restaurant in Texas

Went through the drive lane.The young Mia was standing there trying to take our order,but her boyfriend was standing with her socializing with her. She took our order after repeating it to her several times.She told us the amount owed I gave her my debit card and she ran the card and the walked away saying nothing. We did not know if to go forward or wait there holding up the line...so we waited a few minutes After we saw her walking away with her boyfriend following her. We decided to pull forward since there was now multiple of cars behind us waiting to order. We pull up and waited and the young Jillianana came out and askedy name and accused of us NOT paying! I was so embarrassed ...I told her I gave Mia my card and she ran it through the machine she had in her pocket. At this time I am thinking that her and boyfriend were committing some kind of fraud with ny card!! I have never felt so embarrassed and humiliated by the way your employees made me feel.I never not payed and any establishment! But they were so wrong in the way they talked to me and husband. I asked the for their names and management on duty.They simply just shrugged at me as the pulled their name badges out from hiding them and told us Dominic was the Manager on duty .As I was talking to them Dominic walked out and they looked surprised!! I spoke Dominic and told what was going on while the two young ladies kept interrupting me. Dominic brought out our order and I am glad I look because the chicken was missing in my salad and they had given me the wrong dressing I assumed because Mia was to busy socializing. Dominic spoke to us in a professional manner and proceed to get me the chicken and correct dressing. We live very close to this Whatabuger #725 Mason and I 10 in Katy,TX. Would give this location zero stars. Needs better management all the way around. Had a curbside order and over half my order was missing. Had to call and keep saying they were missing things. Finally just gave up and went home to where I found all the food was ice cold and what we recieved was wrong! I was at the restaurant before my eta of when the food was going to be done so no reason to be cold. Wrote in and was told by the head store manager to come in for a replacement order on my day of choice. Called and talked to the manager on duty and she said it was no problem and that to come in. I came in, told the cashier what the order was (read it off my phone excatly as I had ordered it previously). On duty manager comes out after about 10 min screaming at me because the order was over $40 and proceeds to call me a liar. I have Anna's email open that clearly stated I get a replacement meal she called me a fraud and told me I have already did the replacement order. Which I replied I had been out of town so that would have been hard to be in 2 totally different places at once. Then told me I could pay $70 for my $40 order. Um no! Emailed this in and neither corporate or Anna cared to listen to me. This location needs to be shut down. And no this was not my first encounter of horrible management at...

This location had a young girl in a dark drive-thru at 9:00 pm on Oct.16th ALONE behind the business!! NOT PROTECTED!! In one of the nation's largest growing crime rate cities!! Really? I called the restaurant while waiting in the drive-thru line and had the pleasure of talking to their unprofessional, sorry, uninterested, nonchalant excuse of a manager. She said it was a "new system " that was implemented. I could careless, just like the company, and would never throw nobody outside in attempt to compete with a competitor.

I just reached out to a affiliate of mines with FOX 26 news. Since the female manager was so nasty to me and never gave me my money back or food...it is now my mission to get her and the restaurant some extra special attention. Whataburger culture has never been about providing a Grade A customer service experience and you don't take a young girl which is perfect for BAIT in a unruly city especially in this current country's climate because assaults are happening daily and she is not protected!! POOR POOR...
