I am truly disappointed with this company. We have been extremely loyal users, spending a ton of money as members and using all of their services. My husband was deployed in the military in the middle of COVID, because of this I am unable to bring our two small children to the club. I asked Tanya if she could pause our membership until he comes home from deployment. She so callously told me it's business not personal, we do not pause memberships. My husband is serving his country so I would think if an exception could be made it would be in this situation. I paid $299 for a membership fee and find it appalling that I would be expected to pay that again when my husband comes home from deployment. Besides that Tanya has always been rude, doesn't respond to e-mails, no customer service whatsoever!! We supported them during COVID by not canceling our membership and still trying to support the club in any way we could, using the child care services, promoting their business on social media, and to friends and family. We also went to the Cabana bar and grill often. I am truly disgraced by their actions!! Tiffany should run that entire club herself, she is amazing! Tanya should be fired, I have heard so so many stories about her drunken behavior at the club, and complete lack of customer service! Truly a shame, they could've had a whole family for life, now they will have us telling people this story over and over again! Kauai is a very small town and I plan to share this with everyone I know and...
Read moreThis club used to be Kiahuna Racquet Club, it was great to come to Poipu and play tennis there paying for weekly membership. This year we found out that name has changed and there is a new management. I called ahead and asked for 2 weeks membership to make sure that my daughter who is ranked quite high in NorCal have time to practice for 2 weeks we are staying. I was told that while there is no weekly memberships advertised on the web site general manager will provide us with 2 weeks membership. When we finally arrived and I went to the club to pay for membership and reserve the court I was told by general manager that information provided was not true and that HE made a decision not to allow temporary memberships. I really wish the club luck on sustaining their business on permanent memberships in an area where tourism is a main business. Also besides addition of the weight room the club is not different from a year ago with courts not in a very good shape anyway. Oh an btw courts were empty when I stopped by. So if you like to play tennis in Poipu while visiting go less than a mile further to Poipu Kai Resort. They not only open every day and allow monthly memberships which are cheaper but they are friendly and courts are in...

There's ample picnic tables there's adequate bathrooms they even have a playground for the children to play on however this is also the beach to be at for turtle watching there's always a group that's on the beach restingand they have volunteers that stay there that make sure you do not go anywhere near the turtles and don't interrupt their traveling arrangements. beautiful sunsets perfect photo opportunities and across the street from the beach was a nice little restaurant with a small gift shop and also a delicious store that makes these ice fruity icecream desserts that are huge! But pretty much by 9:00 p.m. it's like...
