T4 — Restaurant in Keizer

Love this place! The teas are great when they are made correctly. I go here basically everyday! I would say 4/5 times a week and always order about 4 drinks each time I go! I’ve told everyone about this place because I really enjoyed it! The only down side to this which is why I don’t give it a 4 or 5 is because their customer service definitely could use some working on. I work in customer service and have had a good experience with almost all the workers except one. Which is the older gentleman who is typically always there. Now I understand times are stressful but on multiple occasions he has been snappy with not only me but other customers as well and I’m not sure if they just don’t mind but I feel it is unprofessional. Don’t get me wrong this place is awesome and the tea is great but each time I go when this gentleman is there my drink is never made right and when I say something he doesn’t want to fix it which I’m not the type to be rude about those thing but if I’m paying for a drink that I didn’t order it’s not fair. I will continue going here because I really do like their drinks I just feel like as a business you need to be able to see your weak points to improve as a whole and I would suggest training on customer service just a tad bit! Because other than that the staff is lovely and the drinks are great! Update: Like I said I’m my last post I go everyday and that hasn’t changed. I have built a great friendship with them and I would say they have definitely worked on their weaknesses and I would recommend them to everyone! Love this place !! Best...

If you're shopping in Keizer Station and looking for a sweet treat, T4 is definitely the best option for you. Sometimes, I literally drive to Keizer Station for the boba. Anyway, T4 is a boba place that uses tea, not powder, as most restaurants tend to use. This makes their boba taste more authentic and natural. You are also able to customize your boba's sweetness and toppings. One of my favorite things to order, aside from the boba, is their egg puff. It is literally perfect. They do take a while to make, so plan accordingly or order pickup online if you decide to buy one. However, I promise you it's worth the wait. They're the best egg puffs I've ever had.

I've never had any complaints about the food or drinks. Their customer service can be hit or miss at times, though. They will have one or two poor girls working the entire floor, and it can get really backed up for them...

Tea is always great, but it took probably 5-10 minutes for any cashier to even talk to my partner and I. Something was wrong with their system, I guess, but the cashier was pointedly not looking at us, communicating with us, nothing. At one point, all three employees left the front area and went to the back. When they came back, after another few minutes of awkward silence, they finally took our order. My partner wanted the large tapioca pearls, and we were told they were out. No problem, they had the small pearls available. We paid, and our friend ordered separately. She was somehow miraculously able to get large pearls in her tea. No manager seemed to be present. May not be coming back ever to this location, there’s better boba places in downtown Salem that don’t offer such awful...
