We’ve ordered from this Domino’s half-a-dozen times or more over the last year. On a whole, our experience has been better than average, for most delivery operations.
I have to give credit to the crew for the times there have been mistakes with the food, or delays with the delivery: they have always tried hard to make it right. Once the driver forgot a Coke I had order with my meal. He drove well out of his way to come back and deliver it, rather than just credit it. Other times, when there has been a mistake in the composition of the pizza, they have given us a free pizza on a future order. And when I call in, they have no trouble finding the credit. Regardless the issue, they have always been friendly, helpful, and responsive.
The food has always delivered warm-to-hot. Recognizing delivered food can’t be any warmer than if you got take-away, and brought it straight home, they do a good job of keeping it warm.
The quality of the pizzas has always been consistent. In my humble opinion, I think Domino’s provides one of the best among the national-chain pizzas. The quality and freshness of the ingredients has been among the best. (I recognize that tastes vary, or the other brands wouldn’t still be in business, and you’re entitled to you opinion)
That said, my experience with this store has been better, overall, than with the other Domino’s stores, or national brands, in the area, and I recommend them.
If you have a bad experience—tell them—don’t just tell everyone else, straight away. Give them a chance to make it right.

Read moreCant tell you how many times Ive ordered and they forget at least one thing each time, and its almost intentional. I figured that by leaving a tip every time I did take out that Id avoid food poisoning or any other issues. One time they forgot to add a topping and two ranch cups about a month ago. I was livid after getting home from my commute and felt like I had been taken advantage of. Overall, Ive been comin here for the past year that Ive been working in the area and have lost most likely a couple hundred dollars in TAKE OUT TIP money, WHILE also forgetting to give me everything I ordered.
You may wonder why I never called the manager or went in and that laregly has to do with retaliation. Im sure the manager is a great person but goodness gracious, the employees could give me a run for my money via food poisining.
Unfortunately, the one day I didnt leave a tip, they wwnt back to making my pizza and for the next 2 days I wad throwing up all over the place. When they handed me my pizza that day, I was given a smirk, which I figured he/she was just acknowledging my lack of tip this time around. Got deathly ill. Please be careful when shopping here and make sure they get EVERYTHING you ordered BEFORE you drive an hour home after work. Cold pizza is my jam (lol)
And to be honest, Ive just decided to stop coming here altogether. Which is fine, there are a dozen pizza places in the area and closer to home.

I had previously placed an online order to the Bothell Ev Hwy location and they informed me with regards to staffing and safety reasons they start closing down at 12:30 so were not able to make my order that I was trying to place 20 min till close but computer complications didnt receive it till 10 min till. The employee was apologetic and called me back immediately with information of unavailable service *which was appropriately handled so I didn't assume order was being made. However, it left me wondering "what if I had called at 1235, would I still be served?" Curtis and crew without any issue or hesitation made my order fast, friendly and beautifully. He and the crew were courteous and the c food was hot and without error. Curtis is a wonderful manager and employee who is a great example for others to learn from. Great customer service with 100% satisfaction!! I will now be using Kenmore as my #1 store after decades of going to the closer location. The whole team did amazing.
