March 24th 2025, how about when I order cold brew, if you're out don't give me some other weird concoction of iced coffee and espresso or whatever you gave me today. It's disgusting.
4/15/2024. I must be a glutton for punishment. Because I was running late today and I ordered my drink, just a basic coffee with cream, 10 minutes before I got there. Then when I showed up I thought it might be my lucky day because they only had one person in the drive up and nobody in the store. What was I thinking!? I walked in and there were about 8 to 10 on the go orders sitting there on the counter. The guy came up and asked me if I had placed it on the go order and I said yes. It took him a minute to look through the tickets and find my order and then he walked away to go make my drink. I told him never mind. I told him that they weren't busy and that I drink should have been made a long time ago before I got there because I ordered it 10 minutes before I arrived. This place has got to be the absolute worst location in the company. I guess it makes sense why nobody was in the store since nobody probably wants to go there because of their customer service or lack thereof. Maybe the manager, district manager or the owner should finally do something about it! Or maybe not? Well I tried them again today because I was running late for work and I placed my order online 10 minutes before I got there and then I got there and they were just standing around helping people in the drive up that were getting there after I placed my order. I said something to the young blonde guy that was there and he looked at me and held his finger up after I told him that I had ordered my coffee 10 minutes before. I guess it's true that it's hard to hire competent people based on the idiots of this location.
When people do mobile orders it's because they're in a hurry. If your lobby isn't open then don't have that as an option so that when I show up I can't get into the lobby and I have to wait in the line for 20 minutes. That makes no sense. I understand shortages and staff but you have to have your on the go ordering set up properly for people so they know whether to go there or another location. I've told this owner of this location multiple times how bad this location is and he does nothing about it. It's obvious he doesn't care
2021 update:. Worst Dunkin EVER. These people talk about customers when they're not around and have the worst attitude ever. I'm surprised this location is still open.
I was happy when I was one of the first 100 people in line at the Grand Opening and was going to receive a free coffee and donut every day until the end of July. After getting my free coffee and donut everyday for a couple of weeks I finally got tired of the horrible customer service. It would take them forever just to get me a coffee. I called their corporate office and made a complaint hoping that this would help things get better. Last week when I went in and the lady rang up my coffee and donut I stood around for over a minute waiting for someone to start making my coffee. When nobody did I went to the lady who rang my coffee up and asked her if there was someone else that was going to make my coffee or if she was going to do it. She replied "oh I'll make it." Then on Monday I went in to get my coffee and another customer who came up behind me ordered a specialty drink and somehow she received her specialty drink before I got my coffee. When I finally did get my coffee which was supposed to have cream and sugar in it, there was hardly any sugar, if any at all. I called their corporate office and left a message for the district manager but never received a call back. I'll never be going back to this location again even if they do offer me free...
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take the time to write one because of the amazing service I’ve received from Melissa at this Dunkin’ location. Every single visit, they stand out as someone who truly cares about the customer experience. In a world where most people just go through the motions at work, it’s refreshing to meet someone who consistently goes above and beyond.
From the moment I walk in, Melissa greets me with a smile and a positive attitude. Even if the store is busy or the line is long, they never lose their cool. Instead, they keep things moving quickly while still making each person feel noticed. That kind of balance—between speed and friendliness—is rare, and it makes all the difference in how the store feels.
What I appreciate the most is how they always get the details right. My order comes out perfect every single time, whether it’s a simple coffee or something a little more complicated. They double-check to make sure everything is correct, which shows that they take pride in what they do. It’s not just about handing out food and drinks—it’s about making sure customers leave happy.
Another thing that really stands out is how they handle stressful situations. I’ve seen Melissa manage big morning rushes, tricky orders, and even impatient customers with patience and professionalism. Instead of letting stress show, they keep a calm and upbeat energy that rubs off on the whole store. That makes waiting in line feel less frustrating and turns the store into a welcoming place.
Beyond just doing the job well, it’s the personal touch that makes Melissa special. They remember regulars, they crack jokes, they’ll ask how your day is going—it’s those little things that build a connection. I leave not only with my coffee and food but also with a better mood because of their kindness. It sounds simple, but it really matters.
Overall, Dunkin’ is lucky to have Melissa on their team. They represent everything good about customer service: friendly, efficient, dependable, and genuinely caring. If every worker had the same attitude, every visit would feel this enjoyable. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location because of them, and I think they deserve recognition for the...
Read moreI used to come here for coffee for myself and husband twice a day but this location just keeps getting worse and worse. Turnover is insanely high, my order is almost always wrong, wait times are long, staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing (probably because they’re all new…), and today, for the fourth time in the last couple months, the milk in both our iced lattes is bad. It’s fizzing and sour. Its frustrating to spend so much money here and just keep throwing everything away. It’s not worth driving all the way back and waiting 20 minutes just to talk to someone and be treated like I’m the one that did something wrong. Be careful what you’re charged for too, this location kept charging me for signature iced lattes when I was ordering regular iced lattes for weeks. I finally looked at the receipt because I thought prices must have gone up and realized I was being charged for the signature lattes—the ones that come with whipped cream and toppings. That certainly wasn’t what I had been receiving so I made sure to clarify next time I ordered. Still—they tried to charge me for a signature latte until I explained there was a difference. Why am I explaining how things work to the employees? Anyways, I’m sure I sound like a Karen, but after three years of wasting so much money here, the spoiled milk in my iced latte today was the last straw. I can see by the other recent reviews I am not the only one who seems to have issues here. Worth the drive to pass...
