Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Kennesaw

It’s sad to think that a company owned by such a simple and nice person can be faced by a girl like Maddy. Time is 7:30pm, nothing is going on, 2 other cars in drive thru. When I arrived at the speaker, I got a bland “Welcome to Dairy Queen”, I responded Hey there, how are you. The microphone rang with echos and silence for 5 minutes. I said hello, are you ready, no response. Shortly after, an agitated voice says “Are you gonna order?” I replied yes, I asked if you were ready and didn’t hear anyone, so I waited with patience, because I too am in the service industry. I continued with my 1 item order. Was again talked to rudely, all for simply being patient and trying to be respectful. At window, only have to wait one moment. Card is ran, blizzard handed to me, I thanked Maddy very much and was again greeted with such disgust. I then asked what her name was, she smacked her lips “Maddy”, I said thanks, she laughed and closed the window in my face. Drive thru clerk named Keena was very rude and snarky because I changed my order and asked for a receipt. There was no line I was the only car. I have never gotten bad service at this location. I only go there because they are always nice but I'm not so sure I'll be going back since I'm not allowed to ask for a receipt for my order I'm paying my money for. My order came to almost $14 for 3 chicken straps and fries and a Sunday so I asked for a receipt to verify my purchase. She gave me a credit card receipt that didnt show what i purchased and when i pointed that out she smacked her lips and gave me the correct receipt, also I keep track of the amount I spend on takeout because I'm trying to purchase a home and don't want to go over my budget on takeout. So I get a receipt to see what I order and price. After I got my food I thanked her and she slammed the window closed without saying a word. Not sure I'll go back here just because of her. This place robbed my daughter of 25 hours...she clocked in daily for two weeks and only got paid for 9 hours and the manager Tamar said the clock didn't capture her hours...and they had her work off the clock and didn't pay her...they treat her poorly and totally disrespectful...I would not eat here or advise anyone else to work here either!!!mean women work here...eat at home and make your own Fry's and wings... would be cleaned properly as well...

This place dairy Queen hired a guy that stole my daughters idenity and sold it off to people who deposited a stolen check for $6000 into a minors account now we are stuck paying back a stolen check...and they debit my account for funds without asking questions because of this bad check...and when I went to confront the managers they just laughed and said nothing...then they let my daughter go after Kennesaw Dectective got involved...I wish I knew a lawyer who could...
