Great place to come for different types of occasions. I’ve now visited the Cigar cellar thrice; once solo to have a cigar while finishing the work day, once on a date night to have some drinks food and a cigar, and another time with a friend to watch some sports with a cigar and drink.

The staff are welcoming, fun and engaging. This is not a cliquish spot like many cigar lounges and small bars tend to be. There is also some diversity in the patronage so this is a place where anyone should feel welcome and comfortable.

The establishment is well appointed and comfortable whether you are lounging privately at a small table with leather lounger, high top, on the patio or with a group at the bar. The amount of smoke in the room will depend on the number of patrons having a cigar as well as your tolerance for smoke. This is subjective and I would rate the smokiness slightly better than most places I have been to around the country. Out on the patio you won’t hardly notice the smoke at all if you are sensitive. There may be a little room for improvement on the inside if I were picky; but I am not and from a frequent cigar smoker and cigar lounge frequenter, I find the atmosphere to be non bothersome and mostly unnoticeable.

In the evenings on the weekend there is live music which is typically classy, low key and enjoyable. The background music when there is no live music is also classy and great background, not overbearing. Overall the atmosphere and ambience make it a great place to either relax and unwind or engage and converse.

The bar selection is fairly broad, especially if you enjoy a nice bourbon or whiskey but the cocktails are also aplenty. There’s also espresso if you find that your fancy with a stick and they do stock non-alcoholic Heineken zero .The cigar selection is on the small side. There are a few staples in there but you will not be overwhelmed by the selection. Don’t get me wrong, there are some good sticks but this area could be improved buy adding a few more boutique brands, a few more moderate priced classic staples and some different sizes or vitolas. You will find a few Padron, Fuente, Perdomo, Tatuaje, Southern Draw, Oliva, some flavored stuff, maybe a RP, a Davidoff, and some other odds and ends.

I almost forgot to mention the food and I certainly should not forget to mention it. Everything that we have had here has been absolutely outstanding. The calamari was great with a nice spicy kick and an excellent dish to accompany a cigar. The shrimp tacos with citrus zest and avocado were as Amelia stated, “FREAKING awesome”. The sliders have a sauce on them that will have you coming back for more and the short rib and mash were divine. The food is way above bar or lounge food and maybe the biggest surprise. Seriously, the food is amazing and the main reason why I will have no issues getting friends that don’t smoke cigars to come back and join me. If you don’t smoke but like a good drink and great food, music and atmosphere you will absolutely enjoy your time...

I read the reviews a few weeks ago and thought I need to go there! This place completely not only lived up to the expectation but exceeded it! I walked in on a dark rainy day. Immediately I felt like I was transported to a Speak Easy in somewhere cool like New York or Paris so hard to believe this is in Kennesaw Georgia! Tim greeted me with such a warm welcome. I chose my seat and table, beautiful comfortable leather chairs with intimate table over by the fireplace and just below the Baby Grand Piano. Tim came over and Immediately helped me choose my very first Cigar here after asking me what flavor and tastes I like. Then I shared with him I wanted to try the Smoked Old Fashion but I was worried the drink would be too strong with me driving in the bad weather. Tim was so awesome he said he could do a Mocktale for me. I got to have the experience and not worry about drinking and driving! I loved watching him make my Mocktale! Then came the Cigar experience. Tim suggested a perfect sweet cigar for me! He even cut and lit it for me. It has been at least 5 years since I had even tried to smoke a Cigar. He even let me film the experience. Then I sat smoked and relaxed as I took in more of the relaxing ambiance. Food time. I read about the Bacon Wrapped Dates. Must try those! What else? Oh yes those Truffle Fries and Brussels Sprouts. OK so I'm sitting here smiling ear to ear on a rainy day in Georgia enjoying the most tasty food. The Dates, Fries and Brussels Sprouts are FANTASTIC! One of the owners Lo, stopped by my table and we chatted about her story of when they opened. What a joyous adventurous afternoon in Kennesaw Georgia! I can't wait to come back! I found out from Lo that they have live music Thursday and Fridays and I think she said Saturdays too. I'll have to check their website for more info. Thank you Tim for an awesome experience....
