My friend and I were having a great time last night, until a weird guy kept staring at me.. didn't think to much of it, then he decides to walk over to me at the bar. My back is facing him so I don't even know that he's behind me, All of a sudden I feel someone rubbing against me, I turn around n it's this same guy rubbing his genitals on my back! I give him a evil glare n he walks off. Literally not even five minutes later my best friend is distraught because he groped her butt in front of her date! She was extremely upset (rightfully so, her date was also). There was an argument between the two men involved. My friend and I calmed both sides down, out of nowhere a waitress comes up to us and says, "That's my regular, so he's good". I replied, "Your Regular, is absolutely not good, he is touching women who frequent this bar! This waitress continues to defend this guy's behavior because he tips her. I was so upset, I walk over to the MOD (manager on duty) Gayle and let her know what happened. She seemed dazed and confused, Once she realized who we were speaking of.. she immediately says, " Oh he's a regular"! I guess sexually assaulting women at this bar is something "regulars" get to do while Gayle is in charge. Gayle stands with the waitress, she hurls out a few B's on the clock! They proceed to tell US to leave. I really liked this place, I still do but... The Waitress with the thick glasses.. The MOD Gayle.. you both truly dropped the ball, you had a perfect opportunity to stop a pervert predator from ever messing with a woman again. Instead you chose a $3 tip and boys will be boys logic. These two are sad...
Read moreOur IPA (cannon dragger from BHB) is anything but weak...someone served you the wrong beer. We hired a new wait staff about a month ago so I'm sorry they weren't knowledgeable about the bourbon they just were introduced to. We do not have ANY fried oysters I personally shuck the oysters every day I work(and they come in fresh out of the water)...we have about 4 "steamed" varieties you can choose from if you don't like them raw. We do not carry Abita anymore because no one ever ordered it aside from Mardi gras. And the salad comes from Pisanos across the parking lot...if they are busy it takes a while for the delivery guy to bring all the orders (your salad is one of many) however your server should have suggested if you wanted to order from Pisanos menu to go to Pisanos if you wanted it quickly. Also our bourbon selection is catered to our client base as we order anything requested and we are not a high end bar in buckhead where you may pay $14 & up for a shot of a higher end bourbon. Drinks range from $5-9 (our mojitos and old fashioned's are the bomb ask for Crystal or Taryn). It's a small bar, live entertainment every night, good laid back crowd that just want to have a few drinks...
Read moreThis place is totally misrepresented on FB and their website. We went there to hear some live music last night and stayed less than 20 minutes. It has their menu online and when we arrived we were promptly told the kitchen closed. When we asked for non-alcoholic drinks were presented 2 options-coke or water. They do have a neighboring restaurant you can order from but it’s Italian food, so don’t go thinking you’re getting oysters or anything off of their menu you saw. The food takes a long while to be delivered so don’t go hungry either. The spot is poorly designed for live music with a flat floor and almost no seating. We reserved a table and were almost threatened by a few people that wanted the chairs that weren’t filled by friends that were running a little late. The entire place reeks of cigarettes even though you saw no one smoking. It was filthy, disorganized, the server was nasty rude and honestly, we left there entirely disappointed and frustrated. This place wants to be a good venue when it grows up. Epic fail, epic misrepresentation, utter disappointment. Nope. Hard pass, wait to see local talent when they’re in a place where you’re, at a...
