T.J. Maxx — Local services in Kennewick

I absolutely LOVE this store. It has a little bit of everything dog toys, (I bought a training leash so your dog don't pull and it works awesome) bathroom appliances, pillows, kitchen gadgets, pots and pans, baby stuff, jewelry, shoes, purses and a nice selection of bathroom items lotions/ shampoos and lots of gadgets. It's always so clean and organized, clothes are in order by color, and they always have a good selection for their clearance. I do want to take a min. And mention a name that i noticed the whole time I was shopping he was helping someone and was very polite, and his name is Julio. Every time i turned around, he was in a different department working, helping someone or giving someone directions to the bathroom (me 😃). So thank you, Julio, we need more people like you this store is very highly...

Manager Eva Bis possibly the rudest employee I've ever met came in with a return for a shoe I tried on at home 3 days ago I literally had to remove the tag to undo the clasp on them I forgot to put it in the bag for my return but I have my receipt for the purchase. Eva was INCREDIBLY rude about this saying she always asks that customers keep the tags. Well SO SORRY EVA B. I will not be shopping for a pair the fits at this store. DSW is much more friendly and has much better brands available customer help is worth the extra dollar to get kind assistance on a pair that doesn't work out. I used to shop here all the time but now I know why I stopped. Her employee Taylin was however very helpful in spite of Eva basically accosting her for just simply asking her for help...

I love Tj Maxx. Who doesn't love bargain hunting?? But this place downsized their men's section... Like no more racks of T's or anything. And I went into the makeup section and it was trashed... It looked like a mob had come through and thrown stuff everywhere and ripped everything open. It was worse than a thrift store where everything was broken. If you can't keep people from coming in and opening packages or stealing small items from makeup kits... Then put in behind a counter or not next to the front door. Or anything else... It was a huge gross mess. I feel like it's not up to health code to sell that stuff as is right?? Some of the stuff in there is broken and full price, I'll go somewhere else for a "deal" on a brand new, broken, name...
