I just been to one of these in Richland and Mesa AZ and I like their soups but the sauce on there sandwiches is just funny tasting. Today there was to much mayo. But what bugs me the most is the fact they give you real plates and bowls then expect you to clean up after yourself. That’s just nuts because of the type of food here with so many sauces that drop on table then get wiped up by a customer then the next guys sits in same seat unknowing…Fast food places always have big paper wrappers and protection you can put on table. here it’s just the plate or bowl whatever they give you. I put my napkins on my lap and apparently there was a glob of something under lip of table. I got some sauce under the table on my hand and didn’t notice it. First I blame to much sauce on my sandwich because it was but then after I clean and cleaned and kept getting sauce on me I noticed it was from the lip of the table. Disgusting! Well I was done but then came the real problem. My wife and I argued over putting our own dishes away or not. It’s expected to but I told her the table needs cleaned because if my issue we ought to leave plates on table so they clean up our mess and the others mess that was left for me. She didn’t want to so we ended up just leaving this table with thin layer of creamy stuff smeared into our table for next guy to sit in. I will not ever be back! This place should be cleaning their own tables this isn’t fast food this is easy to smear over and under the table food and each person needs to have table wiped after each use. I never can understand why health departments allow this after so much other simple stuff they don’t allow. A real disappointment to see a business model like this be copied also. To assume no persons oral spit and gleet isn’t spread about the table after each use is just plain dumb. Of course you’re sitting in someone else’s spit! Figure it out folks! Stop bussing your tables!!! Make them wipe the table with a cleaner so you don’t get measles or whatever. from the last kid that sat there! Like I say the food is mostly good but they always put on too much...
Read moreThis place is a complete joke. I’ve gone there twice now for a mobile order picked up thru their drive thru. The app gives you a specific time when you can pick up your order but when you get in their drive thru expect to have to wait about 15 additional minutes! Yesterday was the worst. All I ordered was a “bowl” of soup and a soft drink. I sat in that drive thru for at least 15 minutes. Got my order and it wasn’t even correct. It was a bread bowl and a small cup of soup (to put in the bread bowl I presume). Well thanks, Panera. You made me wait 15+ minutes for you to ladle a small portion of your crappy hospital cafeteria quality soup into a cup and throw a loaf of bread in a bag (NOT what I ordered as I’m eating keto). Sincerely thanks. I now know to never come back! Also, what a ripoff. Boy are they proud of their lousy food! Mark this review…. This location won’t last 2yrs. I said...
Read moreWas excited to visit Panera since it wasn’t busy when we arrived. We placed our order inside for dine-in, but it was packed up as take-out instead. Unfortunately, we waited around 30 minutes for just two sandwiches and a salad. Turns out they forgot one of the sandwiches, which took another 25 minutes to NOT come out. That said, ended up with a refund and irritation! Hopefully, the service will be more efficient next time because the overall experience could have been...
