First, I came in to order the new black Angus steak and cheese sandwich was looking forward to this and they were out already! Then I ordered a different sandwich. Also, we ordered shakes , out of the orange because it was seasonal, but they still had it on the window advertising it was still there. Once again we were told it's no longer available another disappointment so then I went and had ordered three different shakes at the drive-through window. They said it's gonna take him a bit because they were adding syrup in the shake machines so I pulled around to the front to wait. The young man coming out with food came up to us multiple times and said different food items. I said no Benny came up to me and said did you have? I said yes he then proceeded to tell me that they're having problems with their shape machines and now I can't get our shakes and I need to come in for a full refund. Total inconvenience manager on duty had no empathy on us waiting in our inconvenience. She did refund me for three shakes she gave me my food that was sitting out and all of it was cold. Upon contacting Arby's, the area supervisor reached out and provided two complimentary meal cards as compensation. However, when I attempted to utilize one of these cards at an Arby's location, a shift manager named Sara was discourteous. She questioned the authenticity of my meal cards due to their color and lack of attached receipt. Dan? cant recall name) working drive through and has mask below nose and sometimes down past mouth. This wasn't just an accident - watched as he served the 5 customers in front of me at drive thru the same way. Other employees in back kitchen also have mask below nose and not wearing properly.
