El Senorial Mexican restaurant — Restaurant in Kenosha

1st time I came here the food was good. The staff was attentive up until we received our food. We waited an hour after we finished our meal for the check. It was like they just forgot about us once we got our food. Other than that it was a good experience. Fast forward about 6-7 months later, I came back. We were seated promptly. Our drink order was taken and chips an salsa were provided. These chips were stale. I tried to just get past it but they were VERY stale. Waited for the waiter to come back to request new chips and place our order, because stuff happens...mistakes are made, but can be fixed right? Well, our waiter NEVER came back to our table after he brought our drinks. We kept looking over to signal we were ready. He never even looked our way. There was another server there who kept making eye contact with me but never said anything to her coworker or us so we just sat and waited. No one ever came. At this point we were too hungry and decided to go to a different spot nearby that I frequent often with great service and great food. We walked up to them both who were at the register and I handed them the chips and let them know the chips were stale and that we would like to pay for our drink at this point and leave because we were hungry and no one came to take our food order. She looked at us confused and we just told her we want to pay for our drink and leave. After paying 8 dollars for a large horchata we did just that. Needless to say I will never come here again. I'm glad they ignored us instead of taking our orders. Stale chips, poor service who knows how the food would have came out at that point. 1st time was nice besides them forgetting about us. 2nd time was terrible so there won't...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Mexican restaurant that offered a whole bass dish, and I must say that it was absolutely delicious. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the seasoning was just right, creating a perfect balance of flavors.

Not only was the food delicious, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was also fantastic. The décor was colorful and vibrant, with a friendly and welcoming vibe. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was enjoyable.

The whole bass dish was the highlight of the meal for me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys seafood. The fish was fresh and flavorful, and the presentation was visually stunning. The side dishes that accompanied the dish were also delicious, complementing the fish perfectly.

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this Mexican restaurant and their whole bass dish. I will definitely be returning in the future to sample more of their menu and enjoy the fantastic atmosphere...

Service with a smile. Our server was great, but the place was also dead. Not one other person besides me and my husband. Ok so maybe lunch time is quiet. Our order was served within minutes of being placed which is great, but that's where the greatness stopped.

Chips and salsa were ok, but if you ask for more there will be a charge on your bill for any basket after the 1st one...ok a sign of the times.

The food was not very good. We ordered tacos, they were nice and hot, but were loaded with old lettuce, and I literally counted 4 chunks of tomato...the tomato was cut into a slice on one and three chunks on the other two tacos. The rice was hard and the beans were runny...both were pretty flavorless. We didnt finish very much of our taco dinners and boxes were not needed. This was something I would not eat again. $40 for two taco dinners and two drinks plus a tip is not something I would want to spend...
